Want a nice and quiet place to stay in the heart of Kotor? This 1 bedroom apartment from the 17th century is idealy located against the mountains and the fortifications overlooking the city, just a few steps from the cities’ theater. By the orange tree in your own small private garden, you’ll enjoy the beautiful view of the old medieval town and the bay.
Take advantage of being in a quiet setting in very close proximity of the numerous attractions the city has to offer.
The apartment has one bedroom with a queen size bed, a living room with a convertible, an american kitchen, one bathroom and a private entrance to the garden.
The apartment is on the ground floor but you’ll have to climb two flights of stairs from the street because of it’s elevated location.
Kotor is one of the best preserved medieval old towns in the Adriatic very close to Dubrovnik and is a UNESCO world heritage site. The bay is the deepest natural fjord in the Mediterranean Sea, and the scenery around it (including the steep mountains which come almost to the waterfront) is spectacular. It is home to numerous sights, such as the Cathedral of Saint Tryphon in the old town (built in 1166), and the ancient walls which stretch for 4.5 km (3 mi) directly above the city. Sveti Đorđe and Gospa od Škrpijela islets off the coast of Perast are also among the more popular destinations in the vicinity of Kotor.
In recent years, Kotor has seen a steady increase in tourists, many of them coming by cruise ship. Visitors are attracted both by the natural beauty of the Gulf of Kotor and by the old town of Kotor. Kotor represents Montenegrin most richest town with cultural and historical monuments, old buildings, churches, monesteries and other important and old places and buildings.

On arrival, you can take the key between 1pm and 10pm (13h00 - 22h00).
When leaving, you should bring the key back at 11am. You can keep your luggage in the apartment until 1pm, though, while the cleaning lady is there.
