Welcome to Paris! My apartment's doors are wide open to you in the heart of Les Batignolles and just 2 steps from Le Jardin des Batignolles. Montmartre, Les Champs Elysées and La Gare Saint Lazare are nearby. Do you know le Vélib ? Surprise yourself to discover Saint Germain des Prés in a few minutes with our parisian bicycles: It's almost straight!
My apartment gets a living-room (yes!), a bathroom and a equipped kitchen. A little surprise awaits you on your arrival. Take a (email hidden) :-)
I get a wonderful convertible couch: not only it's a real couch but you will also really - really have a good night, like in a real bed!
It's a quiet neighborhood; the bar "Irène & Bernard's" offers generous brunches as nice as the staff can be. If you prefer to stay still, a brand new bakery just opened and it is just 30s away. Obviously if you want to take a walk, Le Jardin and le Square des Batignolles are 5minutes away.
Don't hesitate to ask me questions, it will be a pleasure to answer!

HONTEUX
At first, after accepting my reservation, Christophe didn't respond to my e-mails. The day before my arrival in Paris I got a bit nervous about how to get the keys to his studio, so I sent him a text message, to which he did respond. He told us where to pick up the keys, but we had to find out by ourselves which front door was his in the building... Me and my friend never met Christophe, but he was very responsive to my text messages, except for the last day when I asked him if I could stay one night longer and where we should leave the keys on our departure. We've never heard from him again, which was odd.
The studio was very small, but all that we needed. It was good enough for us, especially budget-wise, but a tip for Christophe would be to be more responsive to messages sent by e-mail and through the website, and to provide basic information in advance that every visitor of your studio will need, such as where your studio is located in the building, the wifi-password, etc.
No physical contact with Chris.
Pictures are amazing.
Studio is quite stinky, filthy, noisy and tiny.
We did not meet Christophe but he was pleasant in his messages and responded within the day. We didn't have much information about the apartment beforehand so didn't know which flat to go into - Christophe said we had not received his email but did not attempt to send it again! The pictures on the website make the place look nicer than it is, they are accurate but there is a lot more clutter. The apartment was quite clean, but not spotless, the bathroom is very small and smells mouldy after using the shower so the whole apartment feels damp and smelly (not much hot water either). The apartment is fine for two people and the bed was comfortable with clean sheets left for us. It was nice to have a kitchen to make breakfast, etc. but there is no kettle or any basic provisions to make tea or coffee as the pictures suggest. The walls are very thin and we could hear all the other people in the building very clearly, and the restaurant below is very noisy - there was constant noise until about 1am and from 7am so is not good is you sleep lightly! The location is good, close to 2 metro stations and with lots of nice patisseries, restaurants and small supermarkets around and a short walk to Montmatre and Marche aux Puces. Overall the experience in the apartment was fine, but we won't be returning.
The location was probably the best part. My girlfriend and I wanted to be close to Montmartre which we were. Christophe was available for questions but when we asked for the wifi password, he gave us the wrong one. We then had to try and find places with free wifi just to get a hold of him which was super annoying. If you advertise internet, as a traveller, it is important to stay connected and therefore have access to cette internet. Very disappointed with that shenanigan. Just a tip, have a sheet posted with all the pertinent info to make the experience a little more user-friendly.
Paris has a magnificent, fortuitous heartbeat and no satisfactory stay could ever put a damper on that! That is why we came and the city did not disappoint!
My husband and I were very disappointed with the Cosy 20m2 Paris Monmarte. It was very dirty (with a old thong under the bed!), extremely noisy (constant loud conversations in the surrounding flats) and the wifi password was never left (which made it very difficult to research good places to eat on the first night).
We unfortunately never received confirmation from Christophe on a way to contact / meet him for checkin. This left us a little anxious to start the journey off but luckily we ran into him after waiting outside for 5-10 minutes. Although Christophe never left the wifi password, he did text back quickly on day 2 when we finally found a mcdonald's to get wifi. The flat was very dirty and the bathroom was not properly cleaned along with the shower head being broken (making showering unpleasant).
Unfortunately this has turned us off from taking the chance to book with airbnb again. Uncomfortable, hard to sleep, and dirty. I would not recommend staying here. Although it's a great price point, it is never worth staying in a dirty place on your holiday.
WARNING !!! Read if you do not want to get in a trouble! So hello to all! I'll start from the beginning. We arrived in Paris 03/10/14 at 23:00 it was Friday. The street on which the apartment is located is very narrow and dark, to the same, as if to say softer, shorter live on it are black. Plus, at the very front door is a bar where the most people revel (very noisy). The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, but that does not stop the noise and din of the bar to be to penetrate. The apartment itself is very small and very, very dirty !!! Just pigsty !!! Bed seems no one changes, garbage can not stand all the rot right in the tables, so at the moment of our arrival, the room was a pile of flies drezofil from rotting potatoes. Bathroom in a terrible state. Circle worth the stink !!! I really do not recommend this apartment !!! Do not spoil your holiday !!! My girl was just hysterical on the type of all above described. A few words about the host. Christophe is friendly, courteous, even though we did not see it and the keys handed over to us by the nearest bar.
I can't live without my earphones, sunshines and a coffee when waking up. :-)
My life is all about human relationships, travelling, and sharing. I've prepared a little guide for you, and some croissants on the bar table.
Do you want to make my day? Please leave a little souvenir from your journey! (any magnet, postcard, anything will be perfect) :-)
