This OFF-GRID, completely solar and generator powered, 7-bedroom retreat in northern Dolores offers all the peace your soul's been craving—with room for the whole crew.

Sitting on 45 jaw-dropping acres bordering San Juan National Forest in Wildcat Canyon, this adventure-ready playground features:

The Experience:
From hunting to hiking, skiing to sledding, fishing to family reunions—we do it all. Trade city lights for starlit skies and traffic noise for birdsong. This is unplugged, boots-on-the- ground luxury for the soul. If you greet mud with a grin and see pine needles as forest confetti, Mother Nature has been expecting you.
Getting Around:
• Telluride/Mountain Village: 30 miles (skiing, shopping, free gondola!)
• Dolores: 20 miles (McPhee Reservoir lake days)
• Cortez: Mesa Verde, Four Corners, epic biking
• Durango: 70 miles (ziplining, museums, Narrow Gauge Railroad)

Guest access
Guests can access the property with admission from our private coded gate. There are two homes on this property, a main lodge for the outfitters, and a barn to host the animals. The property has a private 45 acres to explore that includes creek and river front access. We have created stepping stone walkways, miniature water falls, and wading pools for the family to enjoy! We have one of the last true blood lines of the cut throat trout in the stream that runs through the property so be sure to grab your poles and fishing licenses!

Any bookings from October - March must have a 4x4 or off road vehicle to access the property. We also offer trail rides and guided hikes for an additional fee.
