  • Just great! my friends and we had the dream of being in Rome for the celebration of New Year and so we find Giulio and his apartment. Could not be better: beautiful space (better than the pictures) wide, comfortable, bright, in a very quiet neighborhood to sleep, but close to the tram to take all the fun just 5 minutes (or less). Giulio was generous from start to finish and we could not be more happy in those 6 days. Balance: Zero problems, dreams fulfilled and eager to return again and again. Thanks Giulio! Hugs!

  • Giulio was a great host! We were infinitely grateful to him for picking us up at the airport late at night and getting us settled. The apartment is a very straightforward thirty minute walk from the heart of Trastevere and extremely close to public transportation that will take you downtown or to the Vatican. We recommend it!

  • Situation vraiment au top. Près du train et du tramway et en plus une épicerie de proximité. Appartement très bien entretenue et chaleureux. Giulio est un hôte très disponible et accueillant.

  • We had a great time in Rome while staying in Giulio's flat. Reaching all the sights from his apartment was easy as a breeze, since it's very close to one of the main tram lines. The flat itself was very cozy and clean. We especially liked the large balcony!

Communication with Giulio was always quick and friendly. I'd definitely recommend Giulio and his apartment any time.

  • We had an excellent stay. Having the grocery store at the corner was extremely convenient (and cheap). The location is a nice trade off. Not in the city center but easily accessible within 20-30 minutes. We ended up using the tram most often and found that it was much more enjoyable getting to the center.

We would definitely recommend Giulio's apartment to someone looking at hitting up Rome on a budget. About the only negative was that there was only 1 bath towel on arrival, but that wasn't a huge issue.

    Response from Giulio:

Yes indeed there was a small issue with the bath towel, I thought there were some more, but this was my mistake. I'll buy some more for next guests...I am really sorry for that! Thanks!

  • Très bien situé, très grand balcon. Près du train et du tramway et en plus d'une épicerie ouverte même le dimanche ! Giulio est un hôte très disponible et accueillant.

  • We stayed at Giulio's apartment in October for one week. We had a great time in Rome and really appreciated his place. It is well located - only a short walk to the Trastevere train station (which has direct connections to FCO airport) and to tram line #8, which connects with Piazza Venezia. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable and well-equiped. As others reviewers also mentioned, there is a supermarket around the corner, which always comes handy. In short, we really enjoyed our stay and there were no unpleasant surprises. Thanks Giulio!

  • Me and my boyfriend stayed for a week at this apartment. Everything was perfect. Apartment looks even better than on the pictures. Comfortable bed and couch, kitchen with everything you need, clean bathroom and big balcony where you can have a breakfast or relax in the evening. Even the apartment is not in the city center but it is in a very nice neighborhood: Trastevere is wonderful area with cool, party atmosphere). Near tram/bus stop and train. Also you can always go by foot if you want. And Guglio is helping and great host, very fast answering. So we already а that place to our friends who are thinking to visit Rome!

  • We lived in this nice apartment in August. Everything was fine, Giulio's apartment is very comfortable and cosy. The location of the flat is comfortable: the Trastevere station is really 5 minutes by foot. The only issue is that there is no air condition in the apparent, but three fans decide this problem. Thank you, Giulio!!

  • I'm Amalia, Frédéric's girlfriend. I was in Giulio's place during a week with 3 of my friends this month. And it was awesome ! We fell in love with his flat : spacious, sunny, in a quiet neighborhood and close to the center of trastevere and the historic center by walking. In addition, Giulio was very kind (even if we don't meet him) : he helped us with small issues and to find his place by distance. Most important, he was very available even if he was in holidays ! We also met his lovely mother who bring us to the flat because of our late landing. In conclusion, if I can go back to Roma, I really hope that I could rent this flat once again !
