We kindly ask you to read the house rules and wish you a pleasant stay.
If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask.
We expect the house and room to be treated with respect and care.
No smoking in the rooms.
Any breakages/ damages or faults to be reported to us asap.
The room to be left in an acceptable state at check out.
No additional people to be brought into our home unless you have asked us and permission has been granted.
Windows to be closed when using air-conditioning and to be switched off when leaving the room.
You are living in a family home and noise levels need to be kept to an acceptable volume between 10pm and 8am out of respect for us the owners and the other guests staying in the house.
SHARED KITCHEN AND HALLWAY NOISE:
The shared kitchen at the top of the house is always available for kitchen related activities. However any groups socialising in this area need to leave the kitchen before 11pm. This is one rule we enforce strongly as the kitchen is situated at the top of the house and the noise from this room can potentially disturb guests who wish to sleep. You are seconds from the town centre and thats where the party is at :)
When arriving from a night out on the town consideration to be taken for the guests who are asleep when walking in the hallways.
Kitchen to be left clean and tidy after use, dishes washed etc
When storing food in the shared fridge you eat and drink only food you have bought.
If your room has a shared bathroom after use leave it clean and ready for use.
10am prompt so the room can be cleaned ready for the next guests arrival. We will always let you know if you can check out later if no guest is arriving that day. We will also store your luggage if needed.
Any food and drink in the shared fridge in the kitchen to be removed.
If We Don't Know There Is A Problem, We Can't Fix It.
Andrew and Dani
Andrew and Dani were fantastic hosts. Andrew collected us from the ferry and carried my bag, which was nice! We were given an in depth description of what we could do whilst in the city, with daily activities, nightlife, restaurants - all recommended by Andrew.
House is near all amenities, and is as described on the site. The room was spacious, lacked a cupboard but other than that was perfect. The shared bathroom was clean, always.
Lovely, clean room. The hosts were extremely helpful and informative. Very well presented place and so close to the town. Had a lovely time couldn't recommended highly enough.
Andrew and Dani's place was wonderful to stay at. very clean and centrally located. We were a bit worried about having to share a bathroom, but it was a non-issue. The best part was their connections to people who run activities and restaurants on the island. Andrew was able to book us a tour and get us into a wonderful restaurant. Additionally, he mapped out all the great things to see and do. This place is a definite must.
We couldn't have enjoyed our 5-day stay with Andrew and Dani more. Andrew came to pick us up from the ferry, and Dani sat down with us with a map of Hvar and gave us wonderful recommendations for everything. The room was spotless and felt brand new, and the location couldn't be better - right in the middle of the town centre, but tucked away in a quiet corner. The kitchen and bathroom, which we shared with one other room, was cleaned every day, and Andrew and Dani were around every day if we needed help with anything. Overall - beautiful room, beautiful location, and lovely hosts; we couldn't recommend this more.
We had a great stay with Dani and Andrew. There home is awesome with many similar people in other rooms who seem to party however are respectful of noise levels. the hosts recommended a few ideas to explore however we chose the primo boat tours which they recommended as well. This was the best day we ever spent
Dani was, since from our first contact really friendly. Her apartment is very well located (just a few steps from the main square). The room is super tidy and clean. Staying in hvar in such a nice place was amayzing.
Lovely room in a well situated apartment - use of kitchen was a bonus. All well maintained and very clean.
Dani and Andrew were very welcoming and friendly and being met at the boat was great. Very helpful with suggestions on things to do in Hvar.

Hi come and join us on the beautiful island of Hvar.
We are both well travelled and love to meet new people from everywhere and anywhere. This winter we plan on staying in Europe and travelling around :)
Dani designs and makes her own clothes which she sells locally and online. Andrew is a business English teacher in Munich.
Life on Hvar is very laid back and fits perfectly with us both, the winter is spent mainly relaxing, going for walks by the sea, olive picking, fishing and drinking coffee in one of the many coffee bars in the town.
The summer is when Hvar comes to life with many restaurants, bars and clubs plus beautiful beaches and crystal clear warm sea water. There are many activities available on the island ranging from boat rental, rock climbing, kayaking, sailing, day trips to other islands and the blue and green caves, wine tasting tours, scooter rental to explore more of the island and many more things. We can organise anything you may want to do during your stay with us.
We are both very friendly and really looking forward to meeting some new interesting people like you!
Sunny greetings from Hvar :)
