I will take into account about providing towels once again, perhaps you wonder to yourself "once again" For sure, but this time I will add a call attention to the following visiting tourists who intend to book a reservation in the apartment in order to respect the regulations because we used to leave new towels on the beds (...and our first and latest clients can confirm that) but suddenly these disappeared when we did the cleaning up after the check-out or these were exchanged for old and torn ones. It happened the last week when a big group of students from California (USA) made the reservation and left the apartment very early next day without my knowledge because of miscommunication by them. Therefore, we had to purchase new ones with another unit cost that is a slightly expensive (in comparison to buy dozens). So we want to believe in honesty one more time in our next clients, even so we find a broken glass in the garbage bin like we found it yesterday when cleaning up the apartment for the new american tenants. We all know communication is the basis of everything (and my phone numbers were written on a paper tag).
In regard to the distance from the airport to the apartment, I will consider to add 15 minutes more next time if any visiting tourists try to get by themselves by taking a taxi inside the airport :) That's why I offer the pick-up service with a minivan (at any time) where I personally approach the airport to pick up my customers given that my driver and me know the way and the shortcuts to get in the right time to the apartment as we are locals and it involves on providing the best service from the first contact, because If you take a taxi inside the airport -first of all- they don't know the address very well and it will take time to figure out (or else they kill time in order to justify the high cost like they did with others customers who came to Peru for first time and shared their stories with me). Likewise, I remember that I sent you one message before your arrival to coordinate because I did not catch your flight number and the arrival time in Lima. I also did not get any response due to miscommunication (from the beginning to the sudden check-out which took me by surprise very late! :) and gave us little time to leave immaculate for the new booking on monday 6th).
As for the coffee machine, that's a good suggestion! :D
