SHARED KITCHEN AND HALLWAY NOISE:
The shared kitchen at the top of the house is always available for kitchen related activities. However any groups socialising in this area need to leave the kitchen before 11pm. This is one rule we enforce strongly as the kitchen is situated at the top of the house and the noise from this room can potentially disturb guests who wish to sleep. You are seconds from the town center and that's where the party is at :)
When arriving from a night out on the town consideration to be taken for the guests who are asleep when walking in the hallways.
Kitchen to be left clean and tidy after use, dishes washed etc
When storing food in the shared fridge you eat and drink only food you have bought.
If your room has a shared bathroom after use leave it clean and ready for use.

From Oct 1 - Dec 31, 2015 the minimum stay is 1 night.
Dani and Andrew picked us up from the ferry station and kindly explained everything we needed. The room is very clean and the restaurant Dani recommended to us was absolutely fantastic. We had a very pleasant stay.
Room was exactly as described! It is very lovely, the location is great and the view to the fortress is nice. Everything was super clean: our room, shared bathroom & kitchen.
As hosts Andrew and Dani were the best! Andrew met us in front of the ferry and walked with us to the apartment and he even insisted to carry our bags, that was very, very nice. Dani gave us a map of the town of Hvar and pointed places where to go and what to do, that was very kind and it helped us to plan our vacation. They were so helpful and nice and they answered to our messages via Airbnb very fast.
I would definitely recommend this apartment and Andrew and Dani as hosts! Thank you!
Andrew and Dani were great. They picked us up from the early morning ferry. Apartment is a fantastic spot and the room is perfect, with a view of the fortress.
Everything you need in the kitchen as well. Would definitely recommend.
I loved everything about my stay in Hvar. My room was clean and bright and the guest house is in a great location, close to lots of great bars and restaurants and the main square. The communal kitchen and the washroom were always sparkling clean and Dani and Andrew were warm, responsive, and full of great advice.
They were absolutely fantastic hosts. We only stayed a couple nights, but wish we could have had a few more. They helped us book a trip to the caves, recommend things to do according to our schedule, the place was clean, and the location was also great. Highly recommend!

Outstanding hospitality-both Dani and Andrew were extremely thoughtful and helpful. Great location, clean and very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

About the Host, Andrew And Dani
Hi come and join us on the beautiful island of Hvar.
We are both well travelled and love to meet new people from everywhere and anywhere. This winter we plan on staying in Europe and travelling around :)
Dani designs and makes her own clothes which she sells locally and online. Andrew is a business English teacher in Munich.
Life on Hvar is very laid back and fits perfectly with us both, the winter is spent mainly relaxing, going for walks by the sea, olive picking, fishing and drinking coffee in one of the many coffee bars in the town.
The summer is when Hvar comes to life with many restaurants, bars and clubs plus beautiful beaches and crystal clear warm sea water. There are many activities available on the island ranging from boat rental, rock climbing, kayaking, sailing, day trips to other islands and the blue and green caves, wine tasting tours, scooter rental to explore more of the island and many more things. We can organise anything you may want to do during your stay with us.
We are both very friendly and really looking forward to meeting some new interesting people like you!
Sunny greetings from Hvar :)
