This screened-in pool area features a rectangular pool with attached spa, lounge chairs, and shaded seating under umbrellas. Backed by a natural tree line, it feels open yet private—a clean, practical space for relaxing or casual swimming.
GAME ROOM
The game room offers a playful environment with a ping pong table, vibrant wall art, and gaming chairs facing mounted TVs. A second area includes a billiards table set against colorful murals and fun decor. It’s a lively setup suited for both kids and adults.
UTILITIES
This property is well-equipped with essential utilities to ensure a smooth and pleasant stay, including hot water, air conditioning, heating, blackout curtains, and a washer and dryer. Guests have access to toiletries, clean linens, and a hairdryer. The kitchen features all the necessary appliances and tools for cooking, and Wi-Fi is available throughout the home.
SECURITY
For your safety, there’s an active security camera at the front door monitoring the exterior. The home is equipped with a smoke detector, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. Your peace of mind is important to us.

Pool Heating: Available at a rate of $40 USD per day, with a three-day minimum. Pool heater must be requested 2 days before check-in as it will take time to heat and we cannot guarantee the functionality on cold weathers or due to breakdowns.
Grill: Available for use; bring your own propane another extra $50 for the cleaning fee if you wish to avail it.
Pets: We allow pets for a cost of $106 per pet per stay. However, due to severe allergies, cats are not allowed.
