"Two Wolves" is perched in the evergreens w/treetop views. Perfect for gatherings yet it retains an intimate coziness for smaller groups. 30 min to Snow Summit (skiing), very close to Arrowhead Village, Skypark, Lake Gregory, hiking & more. 3 fl, 3 bdrm (4 bed), 2.5 bath has 3 working fireplaces, one decorative and 5 furnished decks & windows throughout so you can experience the natural beauty directly or from inside by the fire. Wifi, EV charging, smart lock for self-check-in, full kitchen.

The space
Enter the home through the gorgeous Two Wolves stained glass doors, the property’s namesake and one of its original fixtures. Lose the heavy coat and get out of those wet shoes in the mudroom located just off the main entrance. The first floor is also where you’ll find the TV/screening room with a 75 inch television (w/Apple TV), Harman/Kardon acoustic soundbar, plenty of comfortable seating and a mini-fridge for drinks and snacks.

2nd floor is open concept. With a sunken kitchen/dining room and an adjoining living room with concrete fireplace, it's the perfect space for holidays and hosting gatherings. This floor has 2 furnished decks - one off the kitchen w/ 4 chairs and table and another off the living room with bar stools and table. Completing the floor are two bedrooms -- one with queen canopy (sleeps 2) and USB charging side tables and one with 2 twin day beds, one of which doubles as a cozy reading nook, complete with reading light, shelving and cozy curtains. A smart TV, desk and black out curtains complete the room. Both bedrooms share an updated, modern/rustic bathroom with shower/tub and river rock flooring.

The 3rd floor family room has vaulted ceilings and a deck with comfy seating. The family room has its own day bed (perfect to use as an additional bed), a large brick fireplace with arrowhead detail, pro ping pong table, games, books, bathroom and laundry area with washer/dryer. The large primary bedroom features another brick fireplace, its own large, private deck with comfy seating, a walk in closet and bathroom with shower/tub.

Outside, the grounds have 2 areas for relaxation and entertaining, including a ground level patio deck and a front patio sitting area with Adirondack chairs and a small, propane fire pit. The street level parking pad offers space for two cars and includes a 32amp power outlet for EV charging, but you must bring your own charging cable. Charging cable is not provided.

Note: the property is on a hill and the home itself is tri-level with three sets of stairs.

-Additional safety feature - Emergency ladders located in all 3 bedrooms.
-Please use caution when utilizing the seating area in front of the house as there is no railing and a steep drop to the street.
