The Space

Whether you are a gadget-wielding jet setter or a nomadic backpacker, we have the perfect room for you -- at least that is what our 100% 5-star reviews say!

Book our private room with full bath in a modern, furnished two bedroom condo and you can also enjoy:

* a soft full-sized bed with chocolates on them :)
* your own bathroom stocked with niceties like perfumes and facial soap
* two desks with dual monitors and surround sound
* blazing fast high-speed internet (50mbps) and wifi
* a full kitchen, stocked bar, and a collection of both good and great wines
* a pole dancing setup, workout bench, martial arts mats, and other fitness goodies (if you are into that sort of thing)
* washer and dryer in the complex with detergent provided
* plentiful, free parking
* a safe, palm-tree lined neighborhood next to a private school

This location is a little over a mile from downtown Beverly Hills, where you will find some of the best shops and restaurants in Los Angeles. We are particularly fond of Komodo Cafe, which is a 5 minute walk away, winner of The Great Food Truck Race, and serves some of the most top-rated food in LA for under $10.

For public transportation, we are conveniently located next to two major bus lines and only 2.5 miles from the La Brea subway line.

Here are some of the top attractions within a 20 minute drive of our area:

+ Beverly Hills Rodeo Drive
+ The Grove
+ Hollywood Walk of Fame
+ Greystone Mansion and Park
+ The Hollywood Sign
+ Beverly Gardens Park

...and one final bonus: I am an event manager and work for one of the fastest growing travel review sites, so I always have something going on for our guests in LA. I have hosted yacht parties, cirque aerialist shows, beach concerts, and LA tours that some of our guests have joined -- oftentimes for free!

So what are you waiting for? Book your stay now and enjoy your stay in sunny LA at our home! :)

Note: we have a 1 yr old friendly Chow Chow that is super fluffy and family/pet friendly

Guest Access

You will have your very own private room, private bathroom, balcony, and access to all common areas including a full kitchen and gadget-filled living room. There are desks, monitors, and speakers available for work.

Interaction with Guests

I work for Gogobot, the world's fastest growing travel review site, so I love to suggest things for guests to do! I am happy to entertain or leave you to your comforts, whichever you prefer.

The Neighborhood

The neighborhood is friendly, peaceful, and green. It is also in the center of Los Angeles, so it is easy to get to the hottest restaurants, bars, and tourist destinations. I love it for its access to excitement and the seclusion from all the craziness that LA can offer.

Getting around

There are multiple bus stops nearby that have direct routes to most of the major tourist destinations in LA.

Other Things to Note

We have a friendly, lovable, and furry dog. Just look at the photos to catch a glimpse of "Tofu"!

  • Audrey and Austin were great hosts: Communicative, responsive, and friendly. The place was exactly like the pictures and is very welcoming. Recommended!

  • Audrey and Austin were fantastic hosts - very accommodating, easygoing and went out of their way to be helpful. The place was spic-and-span, exactly as pictured, in a very convenient mid-town location, and check-in was a breeze (and they have a nice little checkin/local guide as well). Lots of gizmos that I didn't use, the wifi is nice and fast, though.

Their dog Tofu is super cute, but was a rescue, and may do a bit of growling at you until she warms up. One caveat is that on the alternate street cleaning days parking can be a bit of a chore - that's LA for you. Of course it's LA so you'll also pretty much need a car, although since the street is off Wilshire, I guess you probably have some Metro options (but really, don't).

Oh, Audrey also threw a fantastic cheese party while I was staying. It was awesome. All in all, definitely thumbs up, especially you're looking for a central location!

  • Audrey and Austin were amazing hosts, and they have the cutest dog (Tofu)!
Their apartment is great, clean, and had all the techy stuff we needed!
Bed was comfy, hosts were great, and we were so close to good cafes and restaurants.

  • Just a great stay!!! Excellent host, friendly and very helpful. Have no reservations about staying at Audrey's again.

  • The place is great, filled with sun and has everything you need including wifi and a printer if you need access to it.

Audrey and Austin are great hosts. I actually didn't know they had a dog (my fault entirely for not reading carefully), but they were so, so understanding of my fear and they even helped me get over it a bit.

They are wonderful and I would gladly stay here again.

  • Not enough good things to say about Audrey and Austin. To call them "warm" would be geologically underserving. They welcomed me at the door, opened (email hidden) and helped me get situated. And, boy is it easy to get situated there. This place is a techno wonderhouse. The lights are controlled by a remote. I had access to a TV in my room, awesomely fast wifi, PS3, appleTV, and the most awesome chow dog ever named "Tofu".

Austin and Audrey gave me as much privacy as I wanted, but when I wanted to chat, they were amazing hosts... we ended up staying up until 2am on 2 of my 3 days just talking about business, life, and so much more.

The neighborhood is great. I highly recommend lunch or all-day breakfast at Nick's Coffee Shop. It is only 456 ft away and has a 4 star on yelp.

Great place, great peeps. You won't regret.

  • Audrey and her boyfriend Austin made our first Airbnb experience the most amazing stay! They recommended us delicious restaurants, and took us to the hippest clubs in LA. Their apartment is very well located, and the neighborhood is very safe and just a few blocks away from Beverly Hills. The room is cozy and gets plenty of light. And last but not least, their dog, Tofu, is the most adorable Chow Chow! We really enjoyed hanging out with them, and we will definitely recommend their place to all our friends! Grazie mille ragazzi per questa incredibile esperienza!

  • Audrey (email hidden)! She went out of her way to make our stay easy, despite not having been home at the time. Her place is very clean, comfortable, and true to the photos. This is a great location for exploring L.A. (if you can tear yourself away from the fantastic living room entertainment setup), and I would definitely stay again.

  • Audrey and Austin were fantastic hosts. Really accommodating and thoughtful. They went out of their way to help me out with small things to make it great. I really liked the location as well. Close enough to see the great Hollywood locations, but at a comfortable distance away from the tourist traffic.I would definitely stay again, hopefully soon, and I would recommend them to all my friends for sure.

  • Audrey and her boyfriend, Austin, really set the bar high for airbnb hosts. They're both very social, friendly, and have an immense knowledge of great places to eat, drink and explore. One night, they even went as far as helping us write our name down at a restaurant before we got there, to minimize our wait time. Their recommendations for food are top notch. The location is great, very easy and close to head out to Santa Monica, Venice Beach, and Hollywood. They have a chow chow named, Tofu, who is fun to play with. Great place, great people, great stay. Highly recommended!

    Some things to note:
If you're taller than 6'0, your feet may hang off the bed.(But who cares! You'll sleep like a baby after a long day from their awesome itinerary suggestions.)
Most of the streets in the area have street cleaning on Tuesday mornings 8-10AM. So keep an eye out for that, but otherwise, parking is plentiful and easy.
