Our quaint vintage early 1900s building is nestled into the BEST part of Midtown with luxury hotels (W Hotel (across the street), Four Seasons, Loews), condos, restaurants, entertainment... and of course the wonderful High Museum and Piedmont Park.

We're one of the last old Atlanta home buildings in historic Midtown, so our home has character and charm. A 4 minute walk to the famous Peachtree Street will put you in the hustle and bustle of everything Atlanta -OR- a 3 minute walk to Piedmont Avenue will put you in an oasis of greenery and outdoor activities.

This is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, with front room/living room. 1 bedroom with queen size bed (2 people). There is a designer tufted fold down sofa-bed in the front room that can accommodate 1 person or 2 thin/small-framed people. There is a twin sized air mattress, with self hand pump, as an additional option. :-). Closet with hangers to store clothing and suitcase. It's a clean, neat, simple, stylish place.

Wifi and a TV with Amazon Firestick (no live TV/cable, but LOTS of tv shows music, and movies on Amazon Firestick). (use of your personal hotspot is encouraged if bringing multiple devices and for those planning to do heavy streaming).

One set of towel/wash cloth will be made available. There is no laundry in the apartment or building, but there are a few within a quick 5-7 minute drive.

Several coffee shops and places within walking distance offer free Wi-Fi, if you would like to get work done outside your Atlanta abode. 2 Starbucks, Panera Bread, Cafe Intermezzo, Octane, Huge, Sweet Hut Bakery, Caribou (open till 12am), and Colony Square Mall (4-5 minute walk away). Colony Square has a food court with many restaurants, including Chick-Fil-A. There's even free WiFi at Piedmont Park!

Where you’ll be

Atlanta, Georgia, United States

This is THE most perfect locations in all of Atlanta, right between Peachtree Street and Piedmont Ave (our two main streets). You have the best restaurants and our most beautiful largest park, Piedmont Park, a short 3-5 minute walk away. 2 Marta train stations within walking distance: Midtown Center Station and Arts Center Station. Literally no car is needed, you can hop off the plane, get on Marta, get off at one of the above stations, then safely walk here! (The street is residential and wonderfully quaint).

And on that walk you'll see even more of our beautiful city. Depending on the route you'll pass The High Museum of Arts, Museum of Design (MODA), Woodruff Art Center, Atlanta Symphony, Alliance Theater, Federal Reserve, Cafe Intermezzo, and more.

We're sort of like the house from Disney Pixar "UP", we're an older vintage home, surrounded by new condos and restaurants. It's very cool and a unique experience :-).

You can sleep here at night and explore the city during the day. We have the Atlanta Beltline (which connects all the major neighborhood (Buckhead, Inman Park, Kirkwood, Old Fourth Ward (OFW), Virginia Highlands, Poncey-Highlands, Cabbagetown, Castleberry Hills, etc) — our entrance is via Piedmont Park/Monroe Drive. There's the Arts Center, a short 6 minute walk away. Georgia Tech campus (take the trolley at Midtown Station). SCAD Atlanta is a straight walk down Peachtree. Uber/Lyft down to Auburn Ave, then take our brand new Street Car to explore historic Atlanta, including the MLK Center. Downtown is close by and includes the World of Coke, world-renowned Georgia Aquarium, CNN Center, Centennial Olympic Park, and more. The ever so popular Atlantic Station is a 25 minute walk or 5 minute drive. Buckhead is Midtown's neighbor and can be easily reached via Peachtree or Piedmont (driving/walking)— but the fastest way is via car or train. Get off at Buckhead Station or Lindbergh Station (depending on which section of Buckhead you would like to explore).

There's ALOT in the area. For night life Crescent Ave is FULL of bars and lounges for all budgets. The W Hotel is across the street and both the Four Seasons and Loews Hotels are a 6 minute walk away -- all 3 have upscale bars/lounges/restaurants in which you'll likely see a celebrity.

If you're here from late Spring to early Fall, you can enjoy Food Truck Thursdays. Our best food trucks come together and setup shop in a parking lot that's a 4 minute walk away. They have an international offering of foods from Jamaican to Korean to Italian and more.

**WE HAVE A BLOG - just for you! Inquire about it once you've booked, it gives a few extra tips on places to go and things to do in Atlanta, GA**.

We're two southern-bred sisters, and neighbors, who will be happily renting one of our vintage Atlanta abodes. We're both Georgia Tech grads (one still in school). One of our favorite things to do is walk our dogs to Piedmont Park on a beautiful Atlanta day, then have a meal at one of our MANY local restaurant. Spending Sunday afternoons relaxing and people watching in the courtyard at the High Museum is also pretty fun. We love to travel and can't wait to visit more cities all over the world! In the meantime we cherish sharing our home with visitors from all over! Welcome to Atlanta! :-)
