Phillip is a wonderful host with a beautiful home, just steps from amazing restaurants and shops. He was able to suggest some great beaches and restaurants, and was happy to chat and discuss the area. I would go back in a heartbeat as he made my boyfriend and I feel very welcome.
My first airbnb-experience and first visit to PEI could not have been better; Phillip was an excellent host. He offers a comfortable, private bedroom and washroom in his home in a great location in historic downtown Charlottetown. With parking, WiFi and shared kitchen amenities, it is a nice place to recharge before and after a day of exploring. As a local, Phillip graciously answers any questions about the Island a tourist may have.
We stayed one night in this incredible historic home. Phillip was there to greet us and show us his beautifully renovated home. Phillip was gracious and kind, he even had a note with restaurants and tips for the city ready in the room. The accommodations were spacious, clean, and private. If the amazing room and home is not enough than the location is sure to please as we were within a 5 minute walk of all shops and great restaurants. Lovely stay and a great host.
everything fine, host was there to meet us as arranged. shown directly to our room, given key etc. Bedroom clean and well appointed. lots of towels, good clean bathroom . possibility of earlier check in would have been more convenient. Great proximity to everything downtown.
Phillip's house is great. The location is perfect, right in dowtown, the house beautiful, and the room was clean, big and cozy. Phillip was very helpful, and gave useful and interesting information for our short visit. I'd recommend staying with Phillip without hesitation. Thanks again Phillip!
About the Host, Phillip
I work with the Prov. Government in Charlottetown. I have lived on PEI all my life. I bought this house in 2010 and completely renovated the home. It was built in the late 1800's and is located in the downtown.
