Charming brownstone guest suite located on the ground floor with a private entrance, it also offers access to a shared backyard. This fully functional suite boasts a spacious living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a separate bedroom, and an in-unit washer and dryer for added convenience.

Unwind in the inviting living room, featuring a large built-in bookcase stocked with a curated selection of books and DVDs for your entertainment. Two comfortable twin-size sleeper sofas offer flexible sleeping arrangements, while a TV with IPTV service ensures you can watch TV stations from all over the world and catch your favorite shows and movies. Board and card games are also provided for fun evenings spent with friends and family

By day, the bedroom transforms into a sleek home office, thanks to the queen-size Murphy bed that disappears effortlessly into the wall. By night, it converts into a comfortable sleeping haven.

More than just a guest suite, this space is a home designed with love. Often used by the owners to host cherished family and friends, it reflects the warmth of a welcoming home with thoughtful touches throughout.
