  • Eric's apartment was very nice, spacious and cozy. Our family, 3 adults, stayed there for 11 days and we liked it a lot. There was plenty of room for us. The beds were very comfortable. At first it was a bit too hot but then Eric installed A/C in bedroom windows and it helped a lot. The neighborhood is nice with lots of restaurants and grocery shops, subway just around the corner and Prospect Park is also not too far. Eric was a very helpful and nice host. We can sincerely recommend his place!

  • Eric has a very nice apartment in a really friendly neighborhood, Prospect Heights. We had a remarkably pleasant stay with two small children (3y and 6m) - the apartment is very kid friendly and the front bedroom worked great as a kid's room.

Although the days we stayed were hot, an in-window A/C unit kept most of the rooms nice and cool. The walk to Prospect Park was just a bit longer than expected, but still under ten minutes (even with toddlers in tow.)

This is a fourth-floor walkup, so you'll need to do some schlepping of bags up the stairs, but nothing too crazy. It's worth the effort for the excellent location! Highly recommended if you want to experience the bubble of relative peace that surrounds these lovely Brooklyn neighborhoods.

  • My parents and younger sister came to New York to celebrate my graduation. I live in the neighborhood and wanted to keep them close to simplify travel logistics. My folks are used to more traditional accommodations when traveling, but really enjoyed their first AirBnB experience. Eric's apartment was perfect for their week long stay. Location could not be any better. Close to trains, Prospect Park, the Botanic Gardens, Brooklyn Museum and a great dining scene. It's a picturesque block with plenty of trees and amazing brownstones. The building was quiet and a great place to retreat and the beds received top marks.

  • Great apartment with plenty of space (for NYC)! Loved the neighborhood and was close to Prospect park and the subway lines. Keep in mind that it's a 4th floor walk up - lots of stairs and it take a bit for the water to heat up. The couches are very comfortable as well

  • This is one of my best Airbnb experiences so far, one of the best apartments I've stayed in! It's exactly as described in the photos. You have a fully equipped kitchen and most things you'd need in the bathroom. The beds are really comfortable.
The neighbourhood is nice and quiet with loads of nice restaurants, cafés and pubs around the corner on Vanderbilt Av and close to Park Slope. Don't miss Milk Bar for breakfast or the ice cream at Ample Hills Creamery!
Eric was quick to help us when the locks to the apartment broke.

  • We had the best time staying at Eric's place. Spacious, close to subways and central to Park Slope neighbourhood and the beds were SUPER comfy. Eric was so helpful, and chilled- a really cool guy. When next in NY, this will be the first place we'll hit up.

  • Eric is a very courteous and responsive host. My friend and I enjoyed his apartment very much. It was spacious, light-filled and quite clean. The beds are comfortable, the TV big and clear, and the location is superb. Do remember when packing to keep those cases light--there are 48 steps!

  • We loved staying at Eric's place, which unlike some airbnb's, really does feel like a home. This fourth-floor walkup was airy, sun-filled, and well appointed. Everything was clean, and the bed in the master bedroom was super comfy. We stayed here with our two young children, and enjoyed it immensely. Last but not least, Eric is a really great guy.
