Great place in great location! Ample room, close to subway, easy commute to Manhattan - great food nearby. Thanks Eric!
Eric was a very welcoming and enjoyable host. He let us check in just a bit early to drop our bags and had great tips about the neighborhood. The apartment is perfect for two couples and was very quiet. Location is fantastic - it was everything we'd want in an AirBNB place.
Eric was very communicative and helpful in getting a group of nine women into his surprisingly spacious and perfectly located apartment. It's in a wonderful Brooklyn location, very close to trains and virtually every store you could need, and the apartment itself is nicely appointment and homey-- not at all like the sparse Airbnb apartments you often find. It's the perfect location for a visit to Brooklyn, or for a quiet home to return to after a busy day in Manhattan!
Eric was just as nice as could be. He visited with us for about an hour when we arrived and was so pleasant and engaging. The location was perfect for us- it was an easy walk to tons of local businesses and fun hang-outs. The apartment was roomy, open, and quiet.
We'd stay again in an instant.
Wasn't able to meet Eric but the space was lovely and really felt like a comfortable home. Subways are close, neighborhood is charming and I enjoyed my stay!
We had a great time in Brooklyn staying at Eric's apartment. It looked exactly as it did in the pictures, and was clean, comfortable and inviting. The location is ideal! We found parking right in front of the building and didn't use our vehicle the entire weekend. Enjoyed Prospect Park and the weekend market. While we didn't see Eric all weekend, he was easy to access by text when we had questions.
Eric was helpful and responsive. We didn't have much interaction with him, besides seeing him twice when he picked up and dropped off his surf board!
The listing was accurate. It didn't mention specifically that it was 4 flights up, but we knew what to expect based on the fact the listing called it "top floor".
