Alessandro waited for us as we agreed (although we were a bit late; we had trouble to get away from the Airport) and showed us the flat. It was very clean and Alessandro was super heplful. Big thumbs up!

Jane and her colleagues were speedy, helpful, and informative. The flat is in an excellent place for sightseeing and nearby nightlife. Four of us stayed in the flat, which was a little tight at times (especially because the bathroom is accessible only through the bedroom).

Excellent location, near to everything worth visiting in Rome. Easy to find, easy check in and out. Nice host and available for informations. The apartment was clean and spacious enough for the 4 of us. The only minus would be that the windows and front door do not close well enough and are not at all insulating for the noise from the street and/or staircase.

The nice apartment was in the middle of bustling Rome, at walking distance from major tourist destination like the colosseum, roman forum, etc... Also one of the best ice parlours in town (Fata Morgana) is situated at the end of the street. So the location couldn't be any better. Drawbacks however were the beds and the amenities (kitchen and bathroom). Kitchen and bathroom were functioning, but it's all outdated and ready for a revamp. The beds and matresses were old and we had to lay down the matresses on the floor for a reasanable sleep.

Jane was very accessible and through her agent Alessandro very responsive. The apartment was roomy and clean, with all of the amenities we needed to make our stay functional. The pull out bed needs replacement, with a large hump in the middle making it uncomfortable to sleep. The mattress in the bedroom also has seen better days and sags in the middle shortly after laying down on it. Short walk to the Coloseum and the Roman Forum was a bonus. The apartment is a relatively easy walk from the train station - Termini. The street the apartment is located on, while seemingly narrow, was quite busy with traffic until late at night. A bar/club a few doors down was also noisy until 01:00 - 02:00 am.

Good location! Good landlord! Beautiful stylish apartment in central Rome. But it is a little bit noisy at night.

Jane's apartment is around 10 minutes walk to the colosseum however it is quite far from Termini Station(which is the main train/bus station). It is recommended to stay closer to Termini station because Italy can get quite dangerous at night and Jane's apartment is in the small alley not main road. I've never walked back at night from Termini Station to the apartment (The taxi cost around 9 euros each trip.) Jane's gave us a map and showed us the popular sites in Rome which is quite useful. She booked a taxi for us on the last day to go to the airport however the taxi was a chauffeured car and it cost more expensive as compared to the flat fare taxi charges. The chauffeured car service was VERY BAD. The car that came was too small and he said a bigger car will be coming but IT NEVER CAME. It was a really BAD experience having to flag a taxi on the street when we are already late for our flight. Jane did not provide any help for us (did not answer her phone) but i guess we cannot blame her because it is the chauffeured driver fault. The wifi and 3G is really bad at the apartment. It works better when you bring the portable wifi out but it died in around 2 hours.
