  • Perfect location for a stay in Rome. Its a quiet street but the neighbourhood is buzzing with restaurants, cafes and bars. Close to all the places that we wanted to visit as well. Apartment was the perfect size for our stay and looks great. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to visit Rome.

  • The location is brilliant. It is a walking distance from Termini station, and a stone throw from Cavour underground station, and the collosseo. The flat itself is a commercial holiday let, so does not have the "homey" feeling that one gets used to within the airbnb community. Probably because of the owner not living in the flat, there is no valuable information about the neighborhood. There is a plethora of bars and restaurants close to the flat, some real gems, others real rip-offs, and it would have been nice to the recommendations of a "local".

  • Stayed here with three friends while visiting Rome and we had a very pleasant stay. It was a beautiful flat that was close to almost everything we wanted to see while there. The wifi "puck" was VERY convenient for us to have...we carried it around with us everywhere!

  • Great location on a beautiful street. 10 mins from Termini station and 10 mins from Forum. Lots of cool bars and restaurants in the area. Highly recommended for sightseeing and chilling out.

Apartment is old with wooden floors and ceilings. Quite dark but it is well lit. Bed and sofa comfortable. Very spacious. Good for a single person or couple. Portable wifi device is very useful when you're out all day.

Overall good value for money. Jane was very helpful as well.

  • Jane is the perfect host, flexible with arrival times warm person and best of all GREAT apartment: spacious, spotless, wonderful location; quite and peaceful area and well connected to everything.

  • Jane's place was perfect for our two-day stay in Rome. The apartment is huge with decent heating and a perfect location, ample space for two to four people. Jane and her friend were helpful, letting us know the bedroom door was getting fixed and coming over to give us the internet modem. The only issue we had was with the temperamental WIFI - only to learn just before leaving that it works best for one device at a time, as opposed to two mobile phones. The apartment's position in the building means, at times, it is possible to hear other people stomping and talking up and down the stairs. This didn't bother my friend and I, but if you're a light sleeper it might be best to bring earplugs.

  • This place was perfect for what we needed. It is close enough to the Termini station to be within walking distance and is in a great area for restaurants and bars (Monti). The flat itself is simple but functional and it was very clean. I would stay here again.

  • Our stay in Jane's apartment was wonderful! It is a spacious apartment and was very clean and comfortable. We LOVED the location! Monti is an awesome neighborhood!

  • Lovely clean apartment with great atmosphere. Enormous living area and large dining table and comfortable sofa. Small kitchen but everything one would need. Very small shower. But best of all is the location. Close to so many major sights and situated in a small street with oodles of authentic charm. Lots of small restaurants and cafés and of course - ice cream.

  • Amazing, stylish apartment in a cozy area with great restaurants and all of historical attractions in walkable distance. I completely felt in love in this apt and in Rome, therefore Jane pls expect me in the future! :) strongly recommended.
