At the heart of our new complex "The Roots". The great-granddaughter of the original architect of the building has poured her heart into this project and designed four distinct apartments Aeon, Pillar, Moxie, and Illusion, on the 2nd floor of a historical residential building.

All guests should note that the "The Roots" Apartments have a shared entrance area, embellished with historical photos and a mirror. Furthermore, there's a communal laundry area available for use.

Your Studio "Aeon":
Situated in a building born from historic craftsmanship, Aeon is a masterpiece of commitment and passion. 24 sqm studio, creating a sanctuary that blends ancestral charm with today's refinement, all with a serene park view from a private balcony.


Sleep & Relax:
Dive into deep rest on a spacious 180x200 cm mattress, with adjustable lighting to match your mood - be it reading, TV watching, or simply relaxing. With diverse TV channels and complimentary Netflix, entertainment is at your fingertips. The comfort doesn't end indoors – step out onto your balcony for a refreshing view of the park, heightened by the modern convenience of air conditioning.

Working Desk:
Productivity beckons with a desk set directly in front of the bed, ample for two, seamlessly blending work and leisure.

Dine & Cook:
A vibrant green kitchen, ready for your culinary adventures, boasts premium tools like a dishwasher, fridge, microwave, kettle, and coffee machine. Top-quality taps and a handy stovetop ensure ease (oven not included).

Laundry:
Convenience is key. A combined washing machine and dryer in a separate laundry room cater to your extended stay needs. The laundry room is shared between 4 apartments, in the common private entrance area.

Bathroom:
Unwind in a chic bathroom bathed in shades of grey and dark grey, lit brilliantly, including LED lights that are perfect for makeup application. Enjoy a rejuvenating high-pressure shower, paired with vegan, sustainable "GFL Cosmetics" toiletries from the heart of Italy.

Other things to note
1. Should the unit include a sofa-bed or travel cot, an additional 'linen' charge will apply for their use. Guests must request these extra sleeping options before booking.

2. The apartment will have Starter Luxury Hotel Toiletries, fresh linen and towels. Stays that are longer than 20 nights will receive fresh linen and towels, starting on the 10th day from arrival. You can request additional cleaning, but there will be an extra charge for this service.

3. A starter supply of household cleaning and hygiene products will be available on the property for use as well as tea, coffee and water to get you through your first morning. The guest is responsible for purchasing any additional supplies

4. Due to frequent back-to-back bookings, early check-in or late checkout might not be feasible. However, should this be a necessity for you, kindly inquire on your day of arrival or departure once the cleaning schedule is confirmed. Please note, we may not always be able to accommodate these requests.

5. Please observe our strict non-smoking policy within the flat. Failure to comply will result in a $200 penalty.

6. We kindly ask you not to rearrange the furniture. If moved, please return it to its original place before checking out. Non-compliance will result in a $50 charge for furniture repositioning.

7. If the listing mentions Netflix or other streaming platforms, it refers only to the availability of the app on the smart TV. We no longer provide shared or corporate accounts. Guests must log in with their subscription after check-in.
