** A rental agreement will be emailed to you and needs to be signed within 48 hours in order to complete the booking & reserve the dates.
** Please note that we do not provide refunds due to inclement weather or natural disasters unless there is a mandatory evacuation. We do suggest that you obtain travel insurance.
Guest access
Navy Cove Harbor is a private gated community. On your check-in day, the gate code will be provided.
Parking is flexible with unassigned spaces, available in both covered and uncovered areas. Feel free to park anywhere within the premises, and kindly ensure the provided parking pass is visibly displayed in your vehicle at all times.
You can take the stairs or elevator up to the first floor. The condo is located on the north end to your right as you get off the elevator.
There is an electronic lock on the door of the condo, just enter your lock code and the door will unlock. Please make sure the door locks each time that you leave the condo. To lock the door, simply pull it shut and hit the button that looks like a lock.
The code to access the condo is sent to you on the day of check in.
