This charming two-story home is located in a quiet neighborhood that is great for walking or jogging. The nearby park is equipped with basketball and tennis courts, swings, slides and more.
The home itself has a total of four bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Each room may be rented out individually. So whether you're traveling alone or with family and/or friends, we can accommodate you.
While staying in our home you can expect a dwelling that is well-kept and cared for. Bed linen will be provided and you will have access to the kitchen, laundry facilities and wireless internet.. Each room will accommodate 1-2 people.
Within a couple of miles you can do your grocery shopping and also shop at Kohl's, Marshall's, Target, Ross, CVS and more. When you get hungry you can get something at Panera Bread, Taco Bell, Jack-In-The-Box, Wendy's, Juice It Up, Starbuck's or Chili's. After eating you may need to exercise at the 24-Hour Fitness all just minutes from the house.
Approximately 7 minutes away is Victoria Gardens which is an open-air type mall with stores such as Macy's, JCPenny's, Bath & Body Works, etc. If you work up an appetite, that can be satisfied at the food court or restaurants such as T.G.I. Friday's, P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Lucille's Smokehouse Bar-B-Que, Kabuki Japanese Restaurant, Johnny Rockets, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Cheesecake Factory, California Pizza Kitchen or Fleming's Prime Steakhouse and for a little relaxation you can watch the latest movie at the AMC Theater.
If you don't find what you're looking for there, skip on over to the Ontario Mills Outlet Mall just about 12 minutes away from the house. It's host to stores like JCPenny's, Nordstrom's Rack, Burlington Coat Factory, Bed Bath and Beyond and many, many more. It also has a food court and a host of restaurants nearby such as Dave & Busters, Rainforest Cafe, Olive Garden, Outback Steakhouse, Red Lobster and more.

This is a non-smoking home, so please no smoking indoors. Keep in mind we do not allow third-party guests after 9 pm. We are flexible with check-in/check out and off-street parking is available. Requests of any kind will be considered. Depending on the request, there may be a fee attached.

Occupancy is one per room with a $10 additional fee for the second person. Maximum occupancy of two per room. If there is more than two people you will need to book a second room in our home.
This is a smoke-free/drug-free home. Any cigarette smoking must be done outdoors with proper disposal of cigarette butts. No drugs or alcohol allowed on the premises.
No loitering on the premises or on or near any neighbor's property. Also, please keep volume levels to a minimum as we wish to maintain a good relationship with our neighbors.
You will need to provide a copy of your driver's license or some acceptable form of identification for each person over the age of 18. There will also be a rental agreement that will need to be signed by everyone over the age of 18.
You will be greeted upon arrival and given your access key to the premises.
