About This Listing
Thea, at the third level, is a unique apartment with distinct style and cozy charm. The bright interiors combine vintage floor tiles, a playfully stylish collection of comfortable vintage furnishings and worldly, eclectic artwork. Here, you will feel truly at home in this warm and romantic atmosphere. The apartment is fully self-sufficient, with two bedrooms with double beds, a large sitting room, a spacious bathroom and fully equipped kitchen.
The balcony is a special place to enjoy a meal or a cocktail with stunning180 degree views overlooking the volcano and caldera. The sunsets from this perspective will bring new meaning to infinity, as the red colors wash over even the interiors of the house. As night arrives, the lights on Fira’s cliff side sparkle like distant stars cascading into the sea.
Thea can be rented for 2 people, 4 people or a small family. The apartment can also be rented together with Nest, on the upper level, to create a private, two storey house for 5-7 guests.
Our stay at Villa Fegari was amazing! The place is lovely and very pleasant. the balcony is quite spacious, with an incredible view! It is well located and Yiannis, our hostess, welcomed us warmly. He extremely helpful and friendly. We strongly recommend
Thank you Yiannis…we had a wonderful experience staying @ Villa Fegari in the Thea apartment. I sat in that chair on that patio and enjoyed that view often! The apartment was as described and worked perfectly for my daughter and I. I had read about the steps so was prepared for that and having our luggage taken back and forth on arrival and departure by Yanni made all the difference in the world. We walked each day to Fira and surrounding areas with wonderful restaurants, taverns and shopping. For us it was a perfect location with access to the bus, which we did take to Perissa Beach. Communication was great as were the ferry port and airport transfer arrangements. We were provided many suggestions for things to do and places to go in a print out as well as personally upon our arrival. I will stay here again if I am so lucky to return to this beautiful area!
the house is very nice，with beautiful sea view。very close to the fira center
Yannis lived up to the expextation of a perfect host, he made sure we were taken care of and strived to give a solid background of Santorini. He educated us briefly on the history and highlighted the sites and scenes of the island. 5/5 would recommend to anyone looking for one of the most picturesque views of Santorini.
My son and I loved our stay in Santorini. The villa is a charming cave house nestled in the cliff with breath taking views of the Caldera. We feel we had the best covered patio and therefore could spend endless hours staring at the blue water with ocean liners passing by. The villa was well appointed and has a charming rustic decor and they are serviced every day. The beds were very comfortable. The only difficulty I had was the steps leading to the villa, but then I have a bad knee and am over 60, my son had no trouble at all.
I would highly recommend this accommodation, we will never forget this holiday, it was magic.
Yiannis was a terrific host and available to answer any questions about restaurants, tours and the island of Santorini. He was also very helpful with transfers from the port. Any questions or concerns, Yiannis was quick to respond.
The accommodations were excellent as the large balcony provides a terrific view of the ships coming into port and the beautiful sunsets in Santorini. The balcony is also equipped with a large awning to protect you from the heat in the afternoons. We required a two bedroom to accommodate two couples and Yiannis' spot was perfect.
The accommodations are clean and all the utensils you need are supplied, including bottled drinking water.
Villa Fegari felt very safe and secure.
The apartment is within easy walking distance to markets, restaurants, car rental agencies, etc. It is also close to the main Fira for shopping, sight-seeing and restaurants. It's about 10 minutes on foot to reach the main part of the city.
There are steps to negotiate -- as with most accommodation in Santorini. Once or twice up and down and you are used to it, though. There is no air conditioning but at the time of our visit (mid-June), we opened the doors and windows and let the breeze off the sea cool everything down and found it quite comfortable.
Overall: Stunning views, great host and a good-sized apartment with a top notch balcony with plenty of sitting room to catch the breath-taking views of Santorini. I would definitely stay here again.
We do not count the number of times we came in Santorini.
Villa Fegari will be remembered for its beauty and magnificent view.
Yiannis thank you for making us discover this place.
We'll definitely come back!
