Downstairs is an open plan sitting room to kitchen / diner area. Guests are welcome to make themselves comfortable here, use the lounge and make cups of tea or coffee. A microwave is available to heat food but I prefer that guests don't cook meals unless longer term stays which is necessary. There is one bathroom only, so please excercise consideration first thing in the morning...
Any visitors that guests want to invite to the house who are not paying guests must be agreed to with me first, and are not permitted in the guest bedroom.
There is no lock on the bedroom door - this is my home and I do Air bnb on the basis of mutual trust and goodwill.

Just treat me, my home & my cat with respect. If you aren't sure what that means....
Please keep things tidy and clean, and the property secure and undamaged. Do not invite other visitors to my house without checking that this is ok with me first, nor invite visitors up to the guest bedroom.

We had a wonderful stay here! Tracy is very friendly and helpful. She answered all our questions and gave us recommendation about where to visit near the area. The room was comfortable and clean. The location is great as well. Highly recommended and hope to return there soon!
Tracy is very friendly and her house is warm, cozy and comfortable. A stone's throw from the centre of Cheltenham and there's an enormous Waitrose two mins away.
I was using this trip for work purposes and had a very late check in. Tracy was very helpful with this and made me feel at home.
Although the trip was very short, I was made very welcome.
The room was cosy and the bed very comfortable. Everything was very clean!
This is a lovely and warm room. It is very clean and well kept. Although it is quite close to the centre, it is in a very quiet area, and I had no problem finding parking int he street.
Tracy is very pleasant, sociable and made me feel very welcome.
I certainly recommend this place.
Tracy and her cat were both very lovely and friendly. I only stayed one night but felt very welcome
I lived with Tracy for two weeks. Tracy is a fantastic host, the room is lovely and warm and the area is really quiet. I can definitely recommend Tracy's room.
Tracy has a lovely house in a quiet area of town, close to a good supermarket with an excellent cafe! The room was well furnished with a very comfortable double bed, with the shared bathroom close by. Tracy was welcoming but not intrusive; I enjoyed the night's stay very much and would definitely go back.
Friendly, easy going, creative & positive thinking - I enjoy meeting people and making them feel welcome and comfortable during their stay.
