Also have a crib and a high chair. Large leather couch. Close to the Casino, restaurants & stores, & freeways.
The space
Our 🏠 is beautiful and modern. It's designed to be comfortable for you & your family and friends, and your dogs ( if you bring one). I want you to feel relaxed when you arrive! The main-level floors are stained concrete, and the upstairs floors are vinyl wood.
🍳The kitchen has everything you and your family need to cook meals. It's family-ready!

Baking sheets, a slow cooker, a rice cooker, a blender, an Air fryer, Chef Knives, 1 Oven, 1 dishwasher. Mixing bowls, 1 Refrigerator, 1 Stove, and a Keurig with pods, a Tea kettle. I also supply coffee and tea, along with all the condiments you need. We keep the fridge and pantry stocked with olive oil, vegetable oil, butter, salt, pepper, brown sugar, flour, sugar, hot sauce, ketchup, mustard, BBQ sauce, mayonnaise, and spices. Tinfoil, baggies, Saran Wrap, wax paper for baking!

Walk-in closet. I also provide body wash, shampoo, conditioner, a large Roman tub, and a shower. It also has a large walk-in closet and a fully stocked linen closet.
There is also a private toilet room!
The 55-inch Smart flat-screen TV for streaming.
The bedroom overlooks the swimming pool. The bed has a fan over it.
The bedroom has a California king-size bed, and the towels are soft and fluffy! Also, I offer a portable mini crib and or a Pack and Play

It has a California king-size bed, dresser, and shelves. Flatscreen TV. There is a fan over the bed and a wooden blind. It shares a full-size Bathroom.
Third bedroom: 🛌
It has a queen-size bed, dresser, and shelves. A fan over the bed and blinds. It shares a full-size bathroom.
The linen closet in the hallway is fully stocked with towels, hand towels, face towels, extra pillows, and blankets!
Second bathroom:🛀
It has a tub and a shower and is fully stocked with everything you need: extra towels, washcloths, and hand towels, as well as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash!

The bedrooms are spaced out enough for privacy. I do not put multiple beds in rooms, for it is Las Vegas, and you need your privacy!!!!
The Living Room has a comfortable leather, oversized sectional couch 🛋️ with a 65-inch Smart Flat Screen TV, Netflix, YouTube channel, and more free super-fast Wi-Fi, a workstation, a great ceiling fan, great lighting, and a 26-vaulted ceiling.

We have a Charcoal BBQ. It's an excellent 🏠 home for entertaining outside.
We are near the freeways & grocery stores. Angel Golf Course for golfing. Red rock if you want to climb or enjoy the incredible shades of God‘s great work. Rampart Hotel & Casino & 🎰Suncoast Casino and Hotel. They have 🎳 bowling and a 🍿 movie Theater. Downtown Summerlin. We are about 15 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip and Chinatown—a great Toy area for the Kiddos. Other things to note
My photos are of my home are current The pool is NOT heated. The lower main floor is stained concrete. The garage is not available for parking. I do not have a plug-in for EV cars. It will take about 15 to 20 minutes to get to the Strip and or Chinatown from my house and 5 minutes to the Red Rock Hotel, Casino, and Downtown Summerlin. The house is located in a great neighborhood. The neighborhood is not gated. All my neighbors around me have lovely homes. When you first drive into the neighborhood, you will notice that the homes don’t match up because there is no HOA. Our house is near Angel Golf Course. There are two golf courses and parks. Also, there are two great casinos with movie theaters and bowling & restaurants!
