All worked well until I left forgetting to leave one set of flat keys in the flat and to placed the 2nd set of key not in the right mailbox. From this point on Marius was rude. He didn't have spare sets of keys. Used keys that could not be duplicated in the UK and aggressively asked me to cover the cost of locker. The issue is still under settlement procedures with the Airbandb despite the fact that he now has the two sets of keys.
Other than this all went well and if you are a perfect guest - unlike me who is sometimes forgetful - you are going to love the flat and the area.
I find it astonishing that you have accused me for being rude given the circumstances!
So let's get the facts straight: Davis asked for extra keys on top of the ones already provided, which I obliged by offering my own keys (whatever it takes to keep your guests happy, right?). Upon departure David failed to leave the keys in the agreed place (as it turned out a few days later he left them in a wrong mailbox, despite the number of mailbox corresponding with flat he was staying for a week and me sending him clear instructions twice) and took one set with him back to Israel. He agreed to FedEx the keys immediately using overnight service, knowing that I had another guests arriving the following day but instead used 4 days delivery service, as it was cheaper. With my flat's keys either at the flat, wrong mailbox or his pocket, I was effectively locked me out of my apartment. Whether or not the keys could be cut around the corner or in the middle of an Amazonian forest had nothing to do with it, as I had no keys to cut them from. With my guests arriving in few hours I had no choice but to use locksmith to gain access, which I believe I have right to be reimbursed for. I understand that no one is perfect and we all make mistakes, but there are mistakes and there is negligence and contractual obligations. By accepting to host David I committed myself to provide a clean and comfortable accommodation while he agreed not to cause any damage to it, nor to misplace my keys and definitely not to lock me out of my own apartment. And yes, I do have now two set of keys which are useless, given the fact that I had to change the look to enter my place in the first place. Am I unreasonable? Well, would a car hire company be called unreasonable if it tried to charge a customer for lost car keys and gaining access to it off-site? I honestly do not think so.

The flat was clean and spacious, with a lot of natural light. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Marius always responded my messages promptly. I would highly recommend this flat.
This apartment is extremely comfortable and is in such a perfect location I don't think I will ever stay anywhere else when I travel to London. Marius has thought of everything to make the stay comfortable and the apartment feel like home. Little touches such as bright flowers on arrival and having power adapters for various countries together with guide books for London makes your holiday stress free and easy. London Bridge station is only a 5 minute walk away, a supermarket across the road, tower bridge and south bank a short stroll away as well as numerous restaurants, pubs, riverside bars etc means you never have to look far for anything! Thanks, Marius!
What a fantastic little apartment with the most amazing location. I was greeted with a sparkling flat with flowers.
A stone throw away from Tower Bridge and you can almost see the shard from the window... perfect for a London trip.
We loved the neighbohood at a modern and urban setting. The flat had everything we needed and the location was perfect. I also loved the fresh flowers. Many thanks to Marius. I will certainly like to stay at his place again which I highly recomend
We unfortunately did not get to meet Marius in person (his friend Mark got us set up in the flat,) however we felt comfortable and quickly at home thanks to all the detailed information provided beforehand by our host.
The flat was as pictured - no unhappy surprises. Bright and clean with a modern industrial feel.
A welcome surprise were the fresh irises on the dining table. A simple nice touch that was appreciated.
The area (South Bank) is great - we've stayed in this area before and love it for so many reasons, not least of which is the (flats) close proximity to the Thames. Magdalen Street is a quiet little side street in an otherwise bustling, interesting area.
I would definitely recommend the flat, the area and the host to those traveling to London.
