• The 4th bedroom is in the loft which is above the garage. The loft is reached by a steep set of stairs. Individuals with mobility challenges should not access or use this part of the residence.
• Pets: Dogs are welcome! There is a $100 fee per dog.
• Wildlife & Property: Guests may see deer, armadillos, or a gray fox—please enjoy wildlife from a safe distance.
• Pool & Outdoor Safety: The pool is private. Children should be supervised at all times.
• Parking: Ample on-property parking is available for all guests
