Romantic apartment on the 3rd floor of a authentic roman building without elevator with a spectacular view of the city:
It is situated opposite the Fiorentini church were the great Francesco Borromini is buried. And while you enjoy your homemade very good italian coffee you can admire the majestic and unique dome of the San Pietro in the distance.

The apartment has of 2 rooms, a fully equiped kitchen, a washing machine and a small bathroom. In the first bedroom / living room there are 2 comfortable single bed. While the other bedroom has a double bed, a fireplace, TV, DVD player and stereo.

The apartment is really an ideal place for those who decide to visit this beautiful city, but is also located in a very busy area so it can be a bit 'loud, say it for correctness.

The apartment is located in a strategic position to enjoy your stay in Rome to the maximum: a 5 minutes walk from most of the main sights in Rome. Castel S.Angelo is just a few steps away, you can eat in a typical Roman hosteria, loose yourself in the streets of Trastevere and after shopping in the most exclusive streets admire the Roman Forum and the Colosseum.

You will feel yourself in the centre of the world, ready to do whatever you want! Just below the house, you can rent bikes or take one of the buses that will take you around the city.

I'm waiting for you!

  • My family and I spent 5 nights at Anastasia´s apartment and it was absolutely a wonderful experience! The apartment was strategically located - walking distance to every famous tourists spots in Rome!
We really enjoyed our stay and I would highly recommend the apartment to everybody!

  • Anastasia's apartment and hospitality made our stay perfect! Great location walking distance to everything (Piazza Navona, Vatican, Spanish Steps, Roman Forum and Colosseum, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain...and more great restaurants then I can list). Located a block from the river directly across from the beautiful church or Saint Giovanni of Fiorentini. Extremely clean and well maintained with a washer and Wi-Fi. Anastasia was there whenever needed and made us feel very welcome. We definitely will stay here again on our next trip! *(Due to it's central location there is some traffic noise and there is no elevator - this did not bother us at all and my family was extremely comfortable staying in this well decorated and secure home in a great neighborhood)! Thank you Anastasia!

Located in the historic tsentre.Foto and description correspond to reality.
    Hospitable hostess.
Thanks, Ana, for the wonderful Roman Holiday!
We plan to come again! Recommend these apartments to friends and acquaintances!

  • Anastacia's appartment had an amazing atmosphere and we loved the interior design. The location was also perfect. It was possible to walk to all the places we wanted to see in Rome and it was easy to reach from the airport. It had all the quirks you need when you go on vacation and the WIFI worked just fine. We had a good time in Rome in this lovely appartment and I hope you will to.

  • It was a really nice weekend in rome! Anastasia was a really good host. The appartment is well located - you can see St. Peters basilica from the window!

  • Ana was a great host. She sent us so much information about the city before we left and she even left us fresh flowers, some wine, and chocolates. The apartment is in a perfect spot, very close to the Vatican. Unfortunately, this means that it is a bit noisy, but it is just the sounds of the city. The apartment was very nice, and very clean (except for a little bit of mold in the shower). We would certainly stay here again.

  • Anastasia was an amazing hostess! She was flexible with our arrival time, waiting until 1 AM to let us into the apartment. The apartment itself was incredible...great views, comfortable beds, a really cute kitchen, all of a good size! Anastasia left us a bottle of wine and Italy guidebooks upon arrival, which was a really nice touch. She also was quick to come help us when we had a slight problem with the water heater (which was quickly solved). She showed up at our beckon call and even brought us breakfast as an apology for the inconvenience! Apartment is in a really great residential area that´s close to all of Rome´s important sights. It´s about 5 minutes from the Vatican, and about 10-15 minutes to Piazza Navona. Could walk everywhere with no problem. Lots of cute restaurants, shops, and cafes in the area too. Great alternative to a tourist area. We would absolutely recommend you stay at Anastasia´s apartment...a wonderful place and a wonderful hostess!

  • Anastasia was so quick in responding to questions I had, even when there was a 10 hour time difference. She was very helpful with transportation options to and from the apartment. The apartment is has a lovely Italian feel to it and a great outlook. It's in a very central position close to the river with a main bus stop at the doorstep. We had two teenagers with us and there was plenty of space for the beds. The kitchen is small and old and lacking some equipment but it didn't matter too much since we were out most of the time.

  • Fantastic location and fantastic views. We walked many times to St Peter's Square, to the Campidoglio, to the Trastevere. Our favorite walk was going to Piazza Farnese and Campo dei Fiori via the very lovely Via Giulia. While making coffee in the kitchen in the morning, I could not stop taking pictures of the views from the kitchen's (website hidden) Peter's cupola, the statues at the top of San Giovanni Battisti dei Fiorentini, the pine trees over the Vatican, the Tiber bridge, etc.

  • Anastasia was so helpful in telling me how to meet her and getting me set up in the apartment. She was wonderful at communicating- very prompt to respond. The apartment was beautiful! She left me a bottle of wine as a hostess gift and also left the kitchen and bathroom stocked with the necessities. The apartment was wonderful, especially the super comfortable bed. When and if I ever journey to Rome again, I will definitely stay at Anastasia's again. It also was a perfect location. I was able to walk to everywhere I wanted to go in Rome.
