Super clean & organized 3 bdrm 2 bath Flagstaff gem. BIG full home, wrap-around deck, family-friendly with big group dining table. Walking distance to downtown, hiking/mountain biking and a 20 minute drive to the base of the slopes. Explore it all!

The space
A bright, clean and super well-organized retreat, this central 3 BR 2 bath is the perfect homebase to explore Grand Canyon, Sedona, Snow Bowl skiing and downtown Flagstaff. Great for groups, whether you are a family, several families or couples, a work retreat, or a group of friends!

This is a spacious full home with a gorgeous wrap-around deck, sky-high windows, views, a 10-person dining table for everybody to eat and hangout together, separated common spaces for kids to hang out (in the game nook) and adults to be able to watch a movie. We paid special attention to all your needs (charging outlets on both sides of bed, toiletries, cooking supplies, spices, tea&coffee, yoga mats, baby highchair &packnplay, games, puzzles, foosball, darts, ceiling fans). Books quickly and in advance.

SLEEPING: One bedroom has a king bed and a study with a desk, a second bedroom has a queen bed with en suite bathroom and Jacuzzi tub, and a third has a full bed (adult sized where 2 sleep cozied up but probably better for kids or a single adult) and a single trundle bed underneath it that can be pulled out. Another fully-stocked bathroom is down the hall. An air mattress can sleep 2 more, and the couch can sleep an additional person. The living room has a big comfy couch, full windows, HD TV and a blu-ray that has access to Netflix, Pandora, etc.

August 2021 UPDATE: The King and Full beds have upgraded Casper mattresses. A door has replaced the curtain divider to the toilet, shower pan crack has been fixed, fridge shelf has been replaced. The ceaning staff has also changed and regular professional carpet cleaning arranged. The deck now has a patio couch for lounging and a hammock forthcoming :)

EATING: Dine together with a big family-style dining area that will seat all guests. The kitchen is fully loaded with all cooking and baking supplies and a starter pantry of spices, oils, flour and sugar.

PLUS, have fun with board games, foosball, darts, and ping pong on the dinner table. Relax, do yoga (3 mats provided), drink coffee (or wine!) and take in the Flagstaff seasons on the beautiful large covered deck.

OTHER PERKS: Behind the house we have a secret volleyball court and short trail leading up to fun rocks for kids to climb on. The path in the back is also the short cut to downtown (fork left at the rocks and the gps will take you the 10 extra mins to walk downtown). The volleybal court was built by our neighbor when his kids were younger. It is open to the public but nobody knows it is there. Also from the house are the paved trails to Buffalo Park. Great for running or strolling.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home, Jacuzzi tub, fully-stocked kitchen, and covered deck with views. Check-in is 3 pm and checkout is 11 am. Key is provided in a coded lockbox and extra key is in the home.

PARKING: There is plenty of parking available in the driveway (up to 4 cars) and 1 additional spot in the garage. If you or visiting friends need street parking please know the following:

- from Nov. 1st to March 31st street parking from 12am - 7am is prohibited and may result in a parking ticket from the city

- please park on the same side of the street as our house as not to obstruct the property across the street.

Other things to note
Please please please, no smoking anywhere on the premises due to kid's health issues. We take this rule very seriously and reserve the right to keep the entire deposit.

Neighborhood highlights

One of the best aspects of our neighborhood is that we are on a quiet street that is a quick 5 minute drive and 15-20 minute walk from downtown Flagstaff, with a charming mountain town feel, great restaurants, coffee shops, bars, breweries, art galleries, tourism agencies and plenty to take in. We are also a 20 minute walk to Buffalo Park which has beautiful trails, mountain biking, disc golfing, and access to the National Forest. GRAND CANYON is 1hr15min away, majestic SEDONA is 45 minutes away, and SKIING/SNOWBOARDING is less than 20 minutes away. This home is a perfect home base to do all of these trips as day trips and then be able to come home and relax in comfort in the evenings. Large supermarket 2 min drive (10 min walk) away.
