Spacious, sunny private guest bedroom in a 2 bedroom apartment. Fast wireless internet, hardwood floors, eat-in kitchen, great views, prime walking location. Fresh Stylish and Clean =)
For all reservation requests, please message with desired time of day for both check in & out, I try to be as flexible as possible around my own work schedule.
The guest room is clean, spacious and comfortable. The window faces the street and has an awesome view. The room gets a lot of sunlight and you can hear the famous Cable Car bell when it passes by on the street below. This room is my guest room/home office, not a sublet of someone's personal room, so it is clear of most personal items and ready for you to feel at home in. In the room will be a bath towel for your use.
The eat-in kitchen has all the goodies which guests are welcome to use. You can store whatever food you wish in the refrigerator and are always welcome to make a cup of tea for yourself with any tea you find in the cupboard.
The building is very small and is controlled access. Located on the 3rd floor walkup, no elevator. North Beach parking garage is one block away, open 24 hours however it is highly recommended to use public transit/cabs/walk/rideshare in this area. If you have a specific question about doing any of that please feel free to ask.
*****Please message with desired check in/out times along with any other questions you may have. I try to be as flexible as possible with my guests with arrival/departure times and am happy to provide any additional information about the place or San Francisco in general. Thanks!

Interaction with Guests
I am available as a resource as needed although I tend to be a pretty private person and hang out in my room if and when I am home. My boyfriend who also lives here lets me take care of things with guests but is happy help with things if needed.
Located in North Beach (not Chinatown, zipcode 94133) on a quiet block at the base of Russian Hill, close to many restaurants and shops. On the Powell/Mason cable car line, 3 blocks from a major muni bus stop. You can easily walk to the Financial district, Fisherman's Wharf, Telegraph Hill, Ghirardelli Square, Little Italy, Chinatown, Nob Hill, Union Square and the Ferry Building.
I have lived in North Beach for six years and love it! No place in SF like it :)
There is a lot of public transit near by also walking to places is easy to since the apartment is in the heart of the city. If you would like to find the best way to get to a certain location in the city, I can show you on a map upon your arrival.
-Do your own dishes
-No guests after 10pm or overnight
-Hit the lights if you are leaving a room
-Keep noise to a minimum in common building hallway
-No smoking cigarettes inside apartment
-Be respectful to the neighbors
Very nice and clean room for one person. The room is very well located and it is very convenient to explore San Francisco from there. Jessica is very nice and uncomplicated and can always be reached via mobile phone, whenever needed. I can definitely recommend to stay at this place.
I rented a room at Jessica's place for my friend who came to stay in the city for 3 days. Jessica was a nice host, and the apartment is well situated to explore the city. All in all, an enjoyable stay!
The apartment was conveniently located and Jessica the host was really friendly. The room was comfortable & warm. When walking into the apartment, you could smell cigarettes but the smell didn't go into the bedroom. Overall it was a nice stay in San Fran and the list of places & tips Jessica provided was useful.
It was certainly a pleasure to host Anna during her time in San Francisco :) Upon checking Anna in, no one from our apartment smoked that day. There is an outside stairwell towards the back of the apartment (completely separate from the inside of the apartment) where smoking occasionally takes place. Guests are also welcome to smoke here if they wish :) On this particular day, it may have came from the apartment below(?). This stair well is on the opposite side from the guest bedroom and smoke has never been an issue in the past. We do not smoke cigarettes inside cause its yucky :)
The room was very nice and clean, and in a perfect location for someone wanting to explore the most interesting parts of the city.
Jessica was really welcoming and provided me assitance beyond the norm (very flexible with my delayed check in time and allowing my to store my luggage after checkout, so I could continue exploring until my cab to the airport was scheduled). She also gave some great suggestions on places to go for sightseeing, restaurants, bars etc. Great first experience on airbnb!
I had a great experience! Jessica was there, buzzed me in, gave me the run down and was very welcoming. She also had some info available about places to see and restaurants to go to. The location was awesome. This was my first expereice with Airbnb and it was great! Thanks again Jessica!
I had a great time at Jessica's place. She is such as a sweet and wonderful person. She tried to help me with everything I could possibly need during my stay. The room is as described. No surprises. I enjoyed my stay there!
I stayed in this room for two nights, and it couldn't have been more perfectly located or more perfectly comfortable for my purposes. I arrived at the pre-arranged time and was greeted by Jessica, who showed me around the apartment and answered questions about the apartment and neighborhood. The room is quiet, large, sunny, and private, and is perfectly situated for walking everywhere. There are a dozen restaurants within a few blocks, from cheap to expensive, and almost all of them fantastic. As an added bonus, the apartment is quite near a police station, so the neighborhood felt very safe. Given my schedule and hers, I had very little contact with the host, but she was always available via text or e-mail. All in all, it was an ideal base from which to explore San Francisco, and Jessica was an ideal host.
When playing host I am happy to help with anything you may need to make your stay more enjoyable. I am very familiar with the city (lived here for over 10 years) so if you need any suggestions or directions, I'm your gal! I am also game to have as little face time as possible for the do it yourself folks who are big on privacy. I host on airbnb roughly 50% of the year, when my schedule permits.
When playing guest I am polite and considerate. I always treat other's homes as my own and am happy to follow any house rules set. For the most part I tried to have my travel plans mostly squared away but I am always open to restaurant/coffee tips.
I am in my early 30's and work in the financial district in San Francisco. I enjoy going out to bars/movies/parks/wine tasting, hanging out with friends and all the normal junk. I have no pets so that means I have extra love for other people's pets. Mostly I keep to myself, do a typical work week and moderate weekend stuff. I am a sucker for good coffee and jazzy musicals.
