Joel's loft was perfect for our needs. It has top of the line, modern furnishings and is in a hip building with great common areas located just a few blocks from the convention center. We conducted client meetings in the condo during a convention and it was much nicer and more private than one of the hotels. There is also a reserved garage parking spot which made dealing with the not so nice winter weather much easier. Not only was the place great, but Joel was also extremely attentive and answered all of our questions promptly. I would definitely stay here again.
I don't think you could find a better place to stay in downtown Louisville. The owner was great and was very sincere in making certain everything was perfect. Appreciated the fact that he made himself available for our check in, let us in and gave us a tour. Location was in walking distance to many of Louisville's best restaurants as well as to the bridge where you can either walk or bike across the river. Also walked to Evan Williams bourbon tour. Parking was very convenient and was free which you would never get at any of the motels downtown. An added bonus was Wild Eggs being located in the same building. Great breakfast.
Joel's loft is amazing! It's really spacious, very clean, and in the perfect location. It's in the NULU section of Louisville - close to all the great restaurants and shops. Joel was very responsive and very friendly - the perfect host. I would definitely come back. Thanks again Joel!
Joel has an amazing home and is located close to it all (close walk to all of downtown). He was very proactive on the logistics and even offered us recommendations on where to eat / visit nearby. When I am back in Louisville I am booking Joel's place!
Brian -- glad that my place worked so well for your meetings in Louisville. Don't know if you had a chance to visit Wild Eggs (the breakfast restaurant adjacent to my building), but if not, you should check it out on your next visit. Super convenient and great way to start your day.
Although we were unable to take advantage of our stay here, working with Joel was delightful. He was extremely helpful, very accommodating and a pleasure to speak with during the process. We look forward to booking with him again!
Joel was very welcoming and gave us a thorough tour. His place was beautifully decorated and was immaculate. It is the perfect spot to be downtown within walking distance to all of the activity on Fourth Street.
The listing was completely accurate. The space is bigger than it looks in the picture. The building is beautiful, and close to all the major neighborhoods of Louisville. It is a short ride from the airport.
The host is incredibly friendly and helpful. Would fully recommend this place.
A native of Montana but living in Louisville for more than 20 years, I now call Kentucky home. I travel mostly for business ... but for pleasure when work allows. I'm one of those rare people who truly enjoys my job as I learn something new every day.
I am new to Airbnb and look forward to sharing my home with you.
