Eugene's AirBnB is a very well-run operation with a lovely personal touch. He puts a lot of care into making his guests feel welcome with very quick responses and a lovely tailored guidebook which highlights the essential sights and attractions of the area. The flat itself is central, offering easy access to most of said sights. Everything was clean and comfortable. I'd say Eugene's flat was the best of our accommodations during our 2 week trek through Ireland. Thanks again!
Eugene's apartment was great! Very clean and comfortable. The location is central which made exploring Galway very easy. Thank you for a great stay.
Me and my friend stayed in Galway at Eugenes for two nights. The apartemnet was just as in the pictures, lovely done, warm and clean. We didn't miss one thing.
Staying in contact with Eugene was very easy and the manual on the kitchen table explained every open question.
I can't recomment it enough!!!
My husband and I loved this apartment. Great location in Galway. You're just several minutes away from the city centre, bus stops, train station and the bay. The apartment itself was small but perfect for a couple. Comfy bed, big kitchen, working washing & drying machine, and lots of books on Galway, Dublin and Ireland to read. Definitely go to The Piemaker for lunch, Revive Cafe for breakfast, and Cava Bodega if you enjoy tapas.
TERRIFIC location. We easily walked over from the train station and it was right next to two of the city's best new casual food spots, Dough Bros and Bite Club. Eugene was also very easy to get in touch with to coordinate logistics. And the apartment was extremely clean and well decorated. A great experience.
Eugene's apartment was amazing. Centrally located and walking distance from all major attractions and nightlife. Apartment was clean and process was smooth. There was even tea, toiletries and a booklet with recommendations for anything you needed to do in Galway. I would absolutely recommend the flat to friends and plan to stay here again when I return to Galway. Thank you!

About the Host, Eugene
I'm an out-going, friendly, entrepreneurial type. I've always got some hair-brained idea on my mind! I did Biomedical Engineering in university but never ended up going into it. I love food, travel and meeting new people, so I've worked in hospitality since college, adding property and holiday letting into the mix since July 2013.
I'm a bit addicted to Bikram Yoga right now but I balance it out with a healthy affection for red wine. :)The engineer in me is always looking for something new to learn, so my interests are many and they change often.
I fall more and more in love with Galway each year. The food scene here is vibrant and exciting, the arts are everywhere and the atmosphere is laid back and friendly.
I've lived here all my life, so I'm more than happy to help you with any questions you may have about the city or surrounding area.
My family has been letting for over 25 years so we know a thing or 2 about making people feel welcome and comfortable.
We take a hands-off approach to hosting. We'll be in touch before you arrive to ensure you know where you're going. When you arrive, we'll meet you at the property to introduce ourselves, show you around and hand over the keys. Of course, we are available if you have any questions during your stay.
