Casa Rosa Maria is a cozy house for two people located in the Origen estate, in the beautiful Agaete Valley. In this special corner, you will enjoy a combination of nature, style, and tranquility. Wake up each morning to the sound of birds and breathe in the scent of tropical fruits and Canarian coffee. The weather is warm and stable year-round. Several hiking trails start right from the house, and it’s only a 10-minute drive to the beach and natural pools.

The space
The house features a cozy bedroom with the option of two single beds or a large double bed, depending on your preference. Both the bathroom and outdoor kitchen are fully equipped, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay. You will also have private access to the estate, located right next to the house, offering an exclusive and peaceful environment.

Origen estate consists of three independent houses, separated by several traditional Canarian gardens. Each house is located at a different level of the terrain, ensuring complete privacy for all guests. Every accommodation enjoys its own space without interfering with the other guests. Situated in the heart of the Agaete Valley, the estate offers a peaceful and exclusive environment, perfect for relaxing, exploring nearby trails, and disconnecting in an authentic setting.

Guest access
You will be able to use the whole Finca as the garden is shared with the rest of the guests. But the three houses that belong to it are built in different levels of the hill, so you will have your own intimacy in the patio and front garden, together with your own private entrance.

Other things to note
The house is located in the Agaete Valley, a very quiet and safe place. There is a small restaurant nearby, but for most shops, you’ll need to drive to the village, which is just 5 minutes away by car. There, you’ll find bakeries, fruit shops, a post office, a public library, a stationery store, and other small local businesses.

IMPORTANT: The house is set within a natural Canarian garden. These gardens are living ecosystems that attract animals like birds and insects, including ants and flies. While the house is kept very clean and free of insects, you might spot a few in the garden. Additionally, from time to time, you can enjoy the incredible sight of peacocks wandering through the garden, a magical experience that never fails to amaze our guests. If you are particularly sensitive to insects, we recommend considering a more urban accommodation.

✔ The neighborhood is very quiet. All the houses around have their own garden and crops and most of them belong to locals living all year long.

✔ In the same neighborhood there is no supermarket, but you can buy everything you need in the Spar, the one in Agaete the closest village, and they will bring your purchase home if you don't want to carry it.

✔Also, there is a good local restaurant called "Casa Lolo", which is 3 minutes walking distance. Don't miss their salads, they are an example of Gran Canarian tropical exuberance!

✔ From La Asomadita you can explore walking the whole Valle de Agaete and get to the Puerto de Las Nieves beach with a 10minutes drive.

✔ As the house is located between the mountain and the ocean, you can choose each day what kind of landscape you prefer and you will get there in easily and in less than 15 minutes.
