The space
Stay in the heart of Boston’s Fenway District at 28 Fenway, a historic building with elevator access, a grand 6,000-square-foot staircase connecting all five floors, and modern furnished studio units. This second-floor unit includes a queen bed, private bathroom with glass shower, kitchenette, mini fridge, and microwave.
This unit is conveniently located near restaurants, museums, public transit, and many of Boston’s top attractions.

This is a fully keyless entry property. Access codes are sent 24 hours prior to arrival once all required information has been submitted.
Guests receive fresh towels, linens, and basic kitchen essentials. The unit includes a Smart TV with streaming capability and WiFi.
For longer stays, we recommend bringing an extra set of linens. A linen turnover service is available for $25, and room service is available upon request for an additional fee.
Laundry is located in the basement and is coin-operated at $3 per wash and dry. Detergent is not provided, and quarters can be obtained at a nearby bank.
Other things to note
As a self-service property with no onsite staff, all guests must complete a pre-check-in form and provide valid photo ID prior to arrival. Failure to provide ID will result in denied access without refund.
Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and cannot be confirmed more than 24 hours in advance. Approved requests may incur an additional fee, and unauthorized late check-outs will also be subject to fees based on departure time.
Service animals are welcome with proper documentation submitted in advance.
Lost items are held for 14 days before being donated. Returned items require a $25 handling fee plus a prepaid shipping label provided by the guest.
