Perfect for family reunions, church groups, or milestone celebrations, this cozy 9-bedroom, 7-bath estate offers comfort, connection, and room for up to 23 guests (18 adults) in a peaceful, secluded setting just outside Milwaukee.

Main Level:
Bedroom # 1 (Suite) – King bed, gas fireplace, 65" TV, walk-in closet. Ensuite bath with jetted infinity tub and shower.
Bedroom #2 Attached nursery (crib, changing table, and rocker).
Upper Level:
Bedroom # 3 (Suite)– King bed, vaulted ceilings, 65" TV, walk-in closet, ensuite bath with jetted soaking tub and shower
Bedroom #4 – Queen bed, 55" TV
Bedroom #5 – Queen bed, 55" TV
Bedroom #6 – King bed, 55" TV
Bedroom #7 – Pass-through room with full bed (no TV)
Bedroom # 8 Bunk Room – Sleeps 4 with bunk beds and pull-out sofa (no TV)
Shared Bathrooms –
• One full bath with tub/shower for Bedrooms 4, 5, and the Bunk Room
• Another full bath with shower for Bedrooms 6, 7, and Bunk Room
Lower Level:
Bedroom #9/Extreme Game Room – 3 twin beds (yes, the kids can sleep in the game room—how fun!)
Total Beds: 12 (Plus pull-out sofa in bunk room, toddler bed, and 2 pack-and-plays available.
🍽️ Entertaining Spaces
Main Level:
Kitchen – Fully stocked with a butler’s pantry
Dining – Formal dining room for 10 + kitchen seating for 6, both with pool/patio access
Living Room – Cozy couches, fireplace, smart TV, and board games opens to pool/patio as well.
Sunroom – Relaxing seating with TV, also opens to pool/patio
Patio – Large, fenced patio with pool, hot tub, fire pit and plenty of outdoor seating.
Upper Level:
Theater Room – Six recliner chairs and a big screen for movie nights
Lower Level:
Extreme Game Room, Casino Area & Gym – Stay active, unwind, and let the kids crash on-site!

Private Pool & Hot Tub – Open May–September
Sports Court – Tennis, pickleball, and basketball with adjustable hoop for all ages
Yard – Large open space for games and outdoor fun
Fire Pit – Located on the upper patio
Pond – At the front of the yard (currently empty for child safety)

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire house, except for a few private storage closets. Amenities include a pool, hot tub, movie theatre, extreme game room, casino area/tennis/pickleball court, and an attached garage.
Please note: The outbuilding is not available for use, will remain locked, and should not be entered.

We're so glad you're here! Please take a moment to review our house rules and important information to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for everyone.
🛣️ Arrival & Parking
The property is located on a shared paved driveway. Look for the red brick half wall with the house number—our driveway is the right-hand side of the shared entrance.
Do not use the gravel driveway at the opposite end of the property marked “Private Property.” Entering this drive may result in a fine.
If you or your guests are having any trouble locating the home, please call or text us—we're happy to help!
Attached garage is available for your use.
Outbuilding garage is off-limits and will remain locked. Please do not attempt entry.
⏰ Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in: After 4:00 PM
Check-out: Before 10:00 AM
Self-check-in is available via keypad.
👥 Guest Limit
Max occupancy: 23 guests (including up to 18 adults)
Sleeping arrangements include 12 beds of varies sizes; kings, queens, full, bunk, twins, pull out sofa, crib, toddler bed, and (2) Pack ’n Plays
🐾🚭🎉 General Rules
No pets
No smoking indoors (of any substance) – $1,500 fine
No parties or events unless prior written approval is granted
Outdoor quiet hours: 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Fires are only allowed in the designated fire pit on the upper patio (no other burning on property)
🏊 Pool & Hot Tub Safety
Use is at your own risk – no lifeguard on duty
No diving in any part of the pool, including off the diving board
No jumping in the shallow end
Pool and hot tub cover must remain closed when not in use and overnight
The pool cover may only be operated by adults
If no adult is supervising children, the pool must remain covered
Patio furniture should be covered overnight with the provided covers
Pool is open May through September
🎬 Movie Theater Use
Instructions for operation will be left on the console
Use only the provided remotes – do not adjust projector, screen, or speakers
🧯 Safety & Liability
Smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors are installed
Fire extinguisher and first aid kit available on site
Pool and spa area is unlocked but fenced—please supervise children at all times
The owners assume no liability for injuries, accidents, or death occurring on or off the premises, including use of the pool, hot tub, game room, gym, or any supplied equipment
Any loss or damage to the property during your stay is the responsibility of the booking guest
🚨 Immediate Grounds for Removal (Without Refund)
Exceeding the maximum guest capacity
Hosting an unauthorized party or event
Violating quiet hours or community noise standards
Smoking indoors
