Surround yourself with style in this standout space. Our cozy home is located minutes from the lake, 15 mins from the White Water Amphitheater and Guadeloupe river. We are located in a modest quiet neighborhood. We offer a beautiful clean small home, all new interior with electric fireplace. Our deck is a great place to unwind after a day on the lake or river. Our hot tub has many jets and will be the perfect ending to a day of sightseeing. We have peacocks and deer that frequently visit.
The space
Our home has everything you will need for your stay. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. We have a full-size dining table that will seat four. We have an electric fireplace that has the option to warm, or you can choose just the lights for the ambiance with no heat option. We have a stackable washer and dryer. We have a Keurig and drip coffee maker. The outdoor deck has ample room to stretch out and we have a gas grill for cooking out. We have plenty of parking for a boat or other toys (jet skis, golf cart). We store our RV on site but it is not used while guest are staying on our property.

Outdoor Access & Property Notes
Our property is a 1/4 acre in size and our yard is mostly fenced but we have neighbors on all sides, our property is not secluded. We are located in rural area so please be aware that there are bugs. While we regularly treat the yard and casita for pests, you may still encounter insects, ants, spiders, critters,
and scorpions please exercise caution when outdoors.
We provide a gas grill for cooking and a fire pit for your enjoyment. Propane is not included with your rental. We do our best to keep the grill supplied, propane provided is for grill use only. We cannot guarantee propane will be available in all tanks. If needed, you’re welcome to exchange or refill tanks at a nearby store for fire pit use, but at your own expense.
Please note that we store our RV on the property, but it is not rented out or occupied during guest stays.
Please do not park on grass, as it could cause damage to septic system pipes which are buried, if you would like additional photos or a more detailed view of layout of the property feel free to reach out—we’re happy to provide more information.

Our casita is mostly fenced property with neighboring homes nearby on all sides. We are in a neighborhood, this property is not secluded .Our deck has outdoor shades for added privacy but is not completely private.
Hot Tub Use & Safety
To protect the hot tub’s filtration system, please do not use oils, bath bombs, bubble bath, or scented products in the water. Detailed instructions for proper hot tub use can be found in the Welcome Book. For safety and liability reasons:
• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when near or in the hot tub.
• We do not recommend hot tub use for children under 8 years old.
• After heavy use, guests are asked to add provided oxidizer.
Child Safety
While we love children, please note that our property is not childproof. There are potential hazards such as a gas fire pit, hot tub, open deck, and bugs. If you’re traveling with little ones, we ask that you take extra care and they are supervised at all time.
Neighborhood Etiquette & House Rules
This is a family-friendly, residential neighborhood, and we ask that you respect our neighbors by keeping noise levels low—no loud music, shouting, or disruptive behavior. The following are strictly prohibited:
• Smoking or vaping inside the casita
• Drug use
• Public nudity
• Parties or events
We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests. Every pillow is fitted with a protective cover that is washed with the bedding after each stay. Pillows are also regularly cleaned and replaced every few months, as needed. The mattress is fully encased with 2 protective covers, and all bedding is thoroughly laundered between reservations. In addition, we have monthly professional pest control services to ensure the home remains free of unwanted pests.
As frequent visitors ourselves, we want our property to feel just as fresh and welcoming for you as it does for us. Should you encounter any concerns upon arrival, please be assured that they will be addressed promptly and with the utmost care.
