Gateway Rentals (grmrentals) provides this large 2 unit property where you can host the perfect family or work retreat! Nestled between Issaquah's beautiful Tiger and Squawk Mountains this oasis provides endless activities and adventures. It features epic views of paragliders, trailheads are 2 blocks away, and it's a short 1 mile walk or ride to Issaquah's downtown food scene. This property is perfect for kids to romp and play, enjoy games, share laughs, and create memorable meals together!

The space
If you check out each individual listing on our profile you will potentially be able to get a better understanding of the property itself. It is a 1/3 acre lot with the 100 year old main house (Gateway House) and the newly built (2020/21) DADU (the Gateway Getaway). The house is a 3 bed, 1 bath house and the DADU is a loft unit with vaulted ceilings with modern furnishings.

You will have 3 bedrooms in the house (1 king, 2 qn/full), and in the DADU you have 1 king open lofted room with a sleeper sofa. It can sleep up to 9 people comfortably.

Guest access
The main access is from the driveway. There is an entry way between the units to the main house and the entry way to the Getaway to the right.

Other things to note
Please include the reason for your visit and details of the people who will be joining you. The DADU doesn't not allow for young children and if information is not shared I have a hard time approving the stay when I don't know if there is a safety factor involved. Thank you.

Also- the trampoline in the main outdoor picture is no longer on the property.

For all direct and VRBO reservations, a guest verification notification will be sent via Truvi, our trusted platform for identity and background screening.

No smoking/vaping anywhere on the property.

For stays longer than 28 days, our standard procedure includes:
- Signed lease agreement
- Background check
- Refundable security deposit: $3,000

Additional requirements:
- Deep cleaning fee: $50
- Regular cleaning fee: Required every 30 days

Pet Policy:
We love hosting your furry companions! To help maintain the cleanliness and comfort of our space for all guests, a pet fee will apply based on the length of your stay:
7–14 Days: $200 for 1 pet
14–30 Days: $350 for 1 pet, $500 for 2 pets
30+ Days: $500 for 1 pet, $750 for 2 pets

Please let us know in advance if you’ll be bringing a pet so we can prepare the space accordingly. Thank you for helping us keep our home welcoming, pet-friendly, and well cared for!

Each additional guest beyond the standard occupancy is $50 per guest, per stay.

Left Items:
Before you leave, we kindly ask that you double-check for any personal items. Please note that if items are left behind, a $25 service fee plus shipping costs will apply to have them returned to you.
