It is just blocks from the Arcata Plaza, Cal Poly Humboldt, Arcata Community Forest, Redwood Park and the Humboldt Crabs Baseball field. Go Crabbies! From the deck of this one bedroom architecturally modern space, beautiful bayfront sunsets can be enjoyed. Arcata is a very pedestrian friendly, small town. Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place.

As Humboldt County natives, we bring you a unique and unforgettable Humboldt County experience: The View @ 807.

Construction of this modern unit was completed in 2023 by a local craftsman with attention to detail and comfort. The stainless steel full kitchen was designed with quartz countertops and milled wood, floating shelves with all the essentials. Washer and dryer are conveniently appointed. The View is centrally located in a residential area on a corner lot with a view of Humboldt Bay. Although our insulation is sound deterrent, the 4 way stop/intersection can be busy, so if activity is not your cup of tea, you may like to look for a more serene location.

The view at 807 is the perfect home away from home with every convenience included.

After a day of adventure in the nearby redwood forest or at the beaches, relax on the deck for the sunset.

Fun fact: I lived in a local State Park for 14 yrs
I was born and raised in Humboldt County and my husband and I have chosen the area as our home. Whenever we return from travel, we absorb the scenery and fresh air and KNOW why we chose it. From the Forest to the Beaches, Humboldt is perfect for winding down and centering one’s soul. The View @ 807 has been a labor of love.
