Designer townhouse exceptionally renovated boasting the ultimate lifestyle of luxury and convenience in a prime location. Our family home is complemented by the prominence of its desireable location, moments from Chapel St and Toorak Road's local amenities.

The space

The home, an entertainers delight, is heightened by its open plan flexible floorplan, incorporating luxurious kitchen with island bench featuring two breakfast bars, stainless steel appliances and designer lighting. The light filled lounge with built-in cabinetry, flows seamlessly through to the lounge domain and further to the secluded outdoor domain featuring built-in gas and stunning water feature.

Upstairs, natural light pours throughout, stemming through the windows of the main bedroom. The main bedroom is further enhanced with built-in robes and sky-lit en suite. A central bathroom with bath complements two further bedrooms, on with built-in robes. Our unique home is enriched by its large multi-purpose downstairs space (allowing for secure two car garaging), cellar, flexible storage room, Bose surround system, Large wall mounted LCD TV & DVD/CD player, Euro laundry with washer and dryer, and reverse cycle heating/cooling.

2 large bedrooms - double beds with hotel qualtiy linens. Smaller 3rd bedroom with a single bed or cot (on request).

Our neighbours are long-term residents and we expect consideration to be given to them in regards to noise. From 10pm to 8am noise must be inaudible from outside the townhouse ie. the courtyard to the other residents.

Pets are not permitted.

Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is up to 10am. Check-in/out procedures are detailed via email once reservation in confirmed.

The home is huge and beautiful, with natural light from the skylights and plenty of room for 5 people to hang out and kick back in the living room. Mathew was responsive and very kind. And the neighborhood is fantastic, there's a bakery 2 doors down. To do this beautiful home justice, I'd update the towels and linens. That's the one improvement, fresher, newer linens.

We had a great stay in Melbourne and Matthew was a wonderful host. He responded to any questions very quickly and any issues were dealt with promptly.The townhouse is fantastic and located just a few minutes walk from Chapel St (boutiques, cafes, etc.). I would highly recommend staying here and will certainly return the next time in Melbourne.

Really beautiful house in a great location, walking distance to all the shops of Chapel street. We had a party of 5 who all had a comfortable stay. Also a nice walk into the city along the river.

A fantastic townhouse and a great location. Really loved being so close to the Tivoli Bakery and the proximity to the shops, tram line and South Yarra train station was great. Victoria and Matt left great instructions for everything we needed to know, and were kind enough to even leave us with a new pack of fresh milk and yummy cakes to get us started. Thanks guys for a great stay.
