Other things to note
Our Townhouse has undercover garaging for 2 cars with an internal staircase to the ground level. It is a 2 storey townhouse.
Our neighbours are long-term residents and we expect consideration to be given to them in regards to noise. From 10pm to 8am noise must be inaudible from outside the townhouse ie. the courtyard to the other residents.
Parties, Gatherings orFunctions are Strictly Prohibited.
Our property is strictly NON-SMOKING
Pets are not permitted.
Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is up to 10am. Check-in/out procedures are detailed via email once reservation in confirmed.
Any damages and/or losses to property must be immediately reported via email. Guests are liable for the damage incurred.
I am 42 years of age with a wife, 3 year old, 10 month old a dog and two cats. I like spending time with my wife and playing with my kids, keeping fit with running and gym and experiencing good times with friends and family.
