Cabo San Pedro is a beautiful home, retreat for the amazing views and the relaxing atmosphere. Our view is 50 miles of San Fran coastline. All photos taken from inside the home. The views are even better in person! 6-10 people can comfortably sleep in this home.

2 minutes to the beach-grocery stores-restaurants-gas-bank-drugstore-pubs-coffee-etc.

15 minutes to SFO Int’l airport & downtown San Francisco
25 minutes to Silicon V-Berkeley-Sausalito, easy to Napa.

Electric tram for luggage.

The space
This may be; and we think it is, the Home with the most Spectacular San Francisco 50 Mile Views of the Ocean-the Sunset Side of the City-the Coastline-Beaches-Mountains-Hills-Shipping-Boating-Surfing-Whale Watching-Schools of Fish-Airliners-Pelicans-Seagulls-Geese-Hawks-Robins-Humming Birds-Cormorants-Swallow-Kingfisher-Sparrow-Blackbirds and even Holiday Annual SF Fireworks.

Our 2 large View Decks and glass front and sides offer unrivaled dazzling views.

Guest access
Our home is the highest on the San Pedro Terrace hill in Pacifica and has the most spectacular views in the area, there are however quite a few stairs to climb to reach the space. There is an electronic tram to carry luggage and groceries up the hill, as well as benches built into the staircase along the way, but those with mobility issues may not find it suitable.

PARKING: We have driveway parking in front of the detached garage at the street. 1 space is dedicated to this 3B home but if no one is staying in the separate garage unit there can be as many as 3 parking spaces (with marked parking stalls); otherwise across the street to the left are 5 empty lots and almost always parking is available there or even further along.

FREE WASHER and DRYER: As well there is a free to use washer and dryer in the back alcove accessible by the upper tram stop or vis the 2 exit doors adjacent to the Dining Area.

Other things to note
We are fortunate to be 1 to 2 minutes to lots of restaurants, big grocery stores (Safeway Store), coffee shops, Ace Hardware, surf shop, Radio Shack, Ross Store, 3 banks (Wells Fargo is in the Safeway Store), and gas stations.

While we are only 15 minutes to SFO Airport and same to Downtown SF; Napa Valley is further north; and Princeton by the Sea (10 mins), Half Moon Bay (15 mins), and Santa Cruz (1 hour) are to the South on Hwy #1 right at the bottom of the hill. And Silicon Valley is about 25 to 35 minutes via Hwy's #280 and #101 by the SFO airport.

Cabo San Pedro the original Spanish words for Pedro Point is a former, and still yet rustic, quaint, fishing village with new modern California homes. The adjacent Linda Mar (Spanish: Beautiful Sea)Valley was all artichokes and Brussels' sprouts farms, and now a "bedroom community" thus all the shopping and restaurant, etc., conveniences.

A must see at the bottom of the hill are the over 100 year old fishing docks and ramps for the classic dories still in use today by fishermen and divers (think Dungeness Crab, salmon, striped bass, abalone, rock cod of many species, sea urchin, anchovies, albacore tuna).

And then there is surfing, body surfing, skim-boarding, kite surfing, sail surfing, SUP or Stand Up Paddle surfing along with contests for all ages of men and women.

Hiking is the back yard of Pedro Point, especially popular along the now closed former Hwy #1 section known as Devil's Slide.

Right here at the beach below us is where Spanish Explorer Gaspar de Portola discovered the San Francisco Bay after missing the Monterey Bay. That's alright as others missed the SF Bay sailing right past the Golden Gate entrance to the Bay.

Portola anchored right off our beach and hiked up to the ridge above and discovered one of the world's most important bays and brought about the founding our Great World City of San Francisco, originally called Yerba Buena, and her outlying cities and counties and landmarks such as our Cabo San Pedro (Pedro Point) and our Gulf of the Farallones (Spanish: Cliffs) with offshore rocky islands of same name.

And Discovery is still going on in terms of Technology, Science, and Health in San Francisco's nearby brother and sister areas.

And you are in store for Discovery of more restaurants and things to do than you could imagine...starting with the VIEWS from our House.

My family has such a very special place here on Pedro Point. It makes me so very happy to get to share it with others. I'm a photographer and an artist and I travel a lot for work. My last big trip was to Spain, where I finally got to see Barcelona. It had been my dream for the last 25 years. So beautiful! When I'm not in the darkroom our traveling, I spend lots of time with my daughter. We love to cook together and go for walks, looking for new kinds of flowers.
