  • We loved the appartment. The location is excellent, very near to Termini and Colosseo, in a very "cool" area full of romans, not tourists. The owner was lovely to us from the first moment, and everything was clean and tidy. The bathroom is awesome, beautiful tub, the beds are confortable and there are plenty of blankets, the kitchen worked perfectly and has microwave, and there is a nice table and sofas as a living room. The only little problem is the lightning of the place because there is only one window in the kitchen. But there are lots of lamps and the temperature is ok. Thanks to this appartment we enjoyed our time in Rome at 100&.

  • The apartment has a great location, you can walk to get to the main attractions of rome. Next to the apartment and in the next street there are very good restaurants. For Colloseum 5 minutes walking distance. Laura owner lives next door. It is a very nice person, no problem with communication, has a flexible approach to gości.Apartament is interesting solved but it has some drawbacks. The bathroom is very noisy mill installed near the toilet. Turns out every time you turn on the water, both in the kitchen and bathroom. It is embarrassing when a large number of people in the apartment. Not a good solution is to install ventilation around the ceiling in the bedroom, you can not see the pictures.

  • We stayed here for 7 days. The flat is cosy and simple, but rather cold in winter. However, there is a heater that really helps. Excellent location and Massimo who helps Battista to meet guests is very reliable. Completely agree that this flat is for undemanding people who to stay in the centre of Rome for reasonable money

  • The apartment is pretty good, but there's a little cold in the winter.

  • The apartment is in a beautiful building and well situated, within walking distance of all the main sights and with shops and restaurants just around the corner.
Nevertheless we thought this apartment is too expensive; the facilities are just too poor. There is no proper heating system, no space to put clothes or other stuff and the bathroom is in bad shape. Despite several earlier complaints the double bed is still as hard as stone and the other bedroom still only has a curtain in the doorway to the kitchen.
If you are looking for a simple apartment with just spartan facilities this apartment should be fine, but I'm sure you will be able to find something cheaper.

  • The appartment is very nice and it has an excellent location if you want to visit Rome. Many of the sights are just a footwalk away and there are also very nice restaurants in the neighborhood.
Laura speaks very good english and was also very nice. She told us everything we needed to know and was always available if we needed more information.
The appartment itself is in a renovated cellar and you got room to up for 7 people. There is also a small kitchen which is very nice if you want to cook for yourself. Check in and check out was very flexible, which was also important for us.
The next time we come to Rome we're definitely gonna stay here again.

  • We spent 5 nights in this appt in family : perfect location and nice quiet appartment ; our contact there was very nice but we found it too expensive regarding the comfort and equipment of the house. The matresses are extremely hard and really need to be changed. Kitchen and bathroom have the minimum equipment. We had to buy everything when we arrived : salt, pepper, oil, sugar, cafe... The second room is not totally closed but opened to the kitchen. No shelves or closets for clothes. Could be much better !

About
Roman born I find Rome one of the more faboulous city. My favorite cities in Italy: Venezia and Napoli. I work with art projects and have written some book. If friends in the apartment have the feeling to be roman people and to stay in the right place in the right moment this is perfect for myself. I like especially the places nearby Stazione Termini in Rome, I love the Archeological Museum of Piazza dei Cinquecento and the gardens around, Piazza di Spagna very near is the esprit de finess of all romans, for eating my loved place is in Trastevere. The city need so many energies that an home place: beautyful, friendly may offer only quiet times for organicing the next adventure day.
