Are you looking for a large villa to spend your family vacation for 10-11 people, a family villa where life is good and 5 minutes walk from the sea? Villa du Roc is for you!

A place that calls you for a relaxing moment on a deckchair by the large 5x10 m pool or to enjoy a barbecue on the terrace. The whole family will be comfortable in this spacious and very well located space.

The space
Completely renovated and air-conditioned Provençal villa:

Ground floor:
=> a very nice living room with large L-shaped sofa, TV, Wi-Fi, reading and games corner,
=> an equipped kitchen open to the living room, very friendly, with everything you need: coffee machine, kettle, oven, induction stove, microwave, 310 L refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster...
=> a large dining table,
=> toilet,
=> a laundry room with washer and freezer.

GROUND FLOOR NIGHT SIDE:
=> 3 beautiful air-conditioned master bedrooms with their en-suite bathroom: walk-in shower and toilet
TV in one of the bedrooms.

One of the bedrooms is configured with 2 single beds that can be brought together for a large 180 cm double bed.

1 baby bed and a bathtub for toddlers is available on site.


1st FLOOR:
=> 1 air-conditioned bedroom with 2 single 90 cm beds that can be brought together for a large double bed
=> 1 air-conditioned bedroom with 1 140 cm double bed + 1 90 cm single bed.
Access through this room to the game room with TV.

The 2 upstairs bedrooms have access to a beautiful terrace with a beautiful sea view.

BIG BONUS: a beautiful GARDEN with a family terrace where you can enjoy a good wood-fired barbecue, a large swimming pool secured by an alarm surrounded by deckchairs and a parking lot that can accommodate up to 5 vehicles within the property.

Both young and old will find their happiness to have fun: trampoline, ping pong table, a large space with small pebbles to play pétanque, a molkky, board games...
