Well-behaved dogs are welcome with a $150 per dog fee. Paid pets may be left unattended only if they are fully house-trained, kept off furniture, or properly crated when alone.

Service animals are not permitted to be left unattended in the home at any time. A service animal must remain under the handler’s control at all times and may not be left alone in the property for any duration.

Any dog — including a service animal — found unattended in violation of this policy may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund, along with additional cleaning or damage fees if applicable.

If you need to leave the home without your dog, we are happy to provide recommendations for local doggy daycares and professional pet sitters.
