The loft has its own glass sliding doors opening to the private big terrace with an amazing view. This is a very special loft apartment on the 5th floor.

The space
The fifth floor is located at the top of the building.
There is no elevator but it is definitely worth the ride. Once you are up, the view is stunning!
You will be in the notorious Galata Tower district.
Many coffee shops, trendy boutiques, restaurants, and local shops are around. A lot to see and explore. Totally artistic and a delight to walk the streets.
2 minute walk to Sishane Metro, and a 10-minute walk to ferry stations. A few minutes away from the very famous Istiklal Street. Just a short walk downhill to the tram station that will take you to the Sultanahmet district. Spice Market and Grand Bazaar 10 minutes walk away.
- The front door opens into the center of the apartment and immediately you are impressed with the view ahead, seen through floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors.
- The space is open-plan yet well-zoned, so a pleasure to occupy. The kitchen's well-equipped, with an electric hob, huge fridge freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine.
- The separate shower room has good storage and contemporary white ceramic fixtures.
- There is a comfortable seating area, one with a large sofa-bed and coffee table and flat-screen TV.
- The bedroom area has an elegant double bed with a great mattress and white linens. Sliding doors next to the bed hide a generous storage unit and wardrobe, perfect for getting organized and hiding away suitcases, etc.

Wooden decking makes the outdoor dining area here feel really cozy and also integral to the interior of the apartment. There is an outdoor table and chairs available too. The other end of the terrace has an outdoor utility area with facilities for laundry drying.
Our loft apartment is a generous 87 m2 in total and the wrap-around terrace adds another couple of meters along two sides. The space is bright and airy, with gorgeous evening light flooding the apartment and sunset views for much of the year from your own private terrace.
