Private & romantic, the perfect spot to relax and enjoy!
This clean, open plan, private retreat is centrally located on a beautiful, lushly landscaped 4 acre organic farm with abundant colorful plantings of native fruits and vegetables. The home has a modern up-to-date kitchen and appliances. It is light, bright, and has a wonderful open feel.
You will sleep well on the Tempurpedic queen sized bed. In the evening, watch the sun set behind Kalalea, the 'Resting Goddess', from the porch. If conditions are right – rainbows abound!

We had a wonderful experience at this beautiful home. Eric was friendly and attentive to our needs. The home was perfectly located, being central to much of what we wanted to do on the island. The home was very clean and well appointed. Would not hesitate to recommend.
We had a great stay at this house. It was close the amazing north shore of Kauai as well as some great (and affordable!) little restaurants on the east side of the island. We had everything we needed for a happy and comfortable stay. Thank you for everything Eric!
Eric was a great host. He is eager to share his knowledge of the island, and of the many fruit trees on his property. Eric even helped me find a flower to wear in my hair to an event one night. The house was centrally located on the east side of the island, which made it easy to explore both the north shore and the southern beaches. The kitchen was well-stocked and we enjoyed eating our home cooked breakfasts on the porch overlooking the mountains. My only complaint would be that I would have liked to have had drapes or blinds on the windows -- even though no neighbors are close enough to see in, it's still a little uncomfortable to have no window coverings at night.
What a great place! We have spent 6 nights at Erics house and we liked it very much! It is like living in a botanical garden. Eric is a great host. We´ve got fresh avocados and coconuts from the garden and the house is stylish with one huge open room and a kitchen with all facilities you need.
The location is perfect - near beautiful beaches and the breathtaking Napali cost.
An excellent place to be in Kaua´i!
Eric's place was amazing and exactly as pictured. The people who also stay on the property were very welcoming and helpful with making me feel at home. If you have the opportunity to go a potluck Eric and his friends have, please go. You'll meet some great people and enjoy some beautiful music. Overall, the place, location, and experience was perfect.
We were welcomed by a very friendly gal named Chery, the house manager, who told us about the property. She explained that we were free to help ourselves to the fruits and vegetables growing in the organic garden, which included avocados, beets, kale, kumquats, breadfruit and other delicious things. She also told us about others living on the property, none of whom we saw or interacted with while there.
The space was exactly as described on airbnb, a large open room with windows on all sides. It was comfortable and private, a bit off the beat and trail and unconventional. The neighborhood is clearly not where tourists generally stay. We had heard that restaurants were pricey and not good on the island, so we stocked up at Safeway and packed picnic lunches for our daily adventures,--hiking, kayaking, biking and snorkeling. At night we cooked dinner in the kitchen and went to bed early. The first morning we were a little taken aback by the 4:30am crowing roosters. However, we purchased earplugs and after that our nights were much quieter. We truly felt on vacation in a stylin' romantic house and had a wonderful time.
Eric was an incredibly welcoming host! (Even brought us some fruit from the garden) We loved this quiet little spot at the end of the day, where we could cook and relax on the balcony. The location was perfect, a short drive to the closest beach, easy to get to the Na Pali coast and just 20 minutes to the airport. We couldn't have asked for anything more!
