BRAND NEW "farmstay" apartment nestled above our charming farmer's market in Traverse City, Michigan. Come enjoy the scenic views and local attractions. Cafe/retail market: Weds-Fri 8-2 p.m, Sat & Sun 9-2 p.m. Located 12 minutes from downtown Traverse City, along the renowned M-72 "farming corridor". 1-2 well-behaved dogs are permitted. Lower level available to rent for parties/classes/weddings at additional cost. Afternoon events may coincide with reservation.

The space
680 sq ft full apartment located above the farmer's market with a separate private entrance at the back of the building. One bedroom (king), one bathroom, with a sleeper sofa and an air mattress for the living room. Accommodates up to four guests per the township's limitations. Outdoor picnic tables with umbrellas. Cafe open M-F 7-2; Sat & Sun 9-2.

Guest access
Guests get to enjoy the entire private apartment upstairs. Once the farmer's market is open to the public, you'll be able to access the market during business hours.
