Welcome to the Round Top Rose! Enjoy this three-bedroom, two bathroom home with a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room, and a peaceful back patio. Enjoy our secluded outdoor seating area and fire pit in the backyard! Conveniently located a few blocks from some of our favorite restaurants, shopping, wine, and antiques. This little red house is perfect for groups of friends and couples looking to escape the city. Come, escape to Round Top and stay a while!

- CANCELLATION POLICY : The initial deposit is fully refundable up to 30 days prior to your stay, less a 4% processing fee. No refunds for cancellations made within 30 days of check-in. For spring, fall, and winter antique show dates, no refunds for cancellations made within 60 days of check-in. The cancellation policy will be upheld with no exceptions. All guests are encouraged to purchase trip insurance.
- Age Requirements: Must be 22+ to rent this home.
- Pre-arrival form & rental agreement: we do ask for a copy of your ID as part of our guest screening process after the reservation is confirmed. You will also be asked to sign a rental agreement.
- Pet Policy - No pets.
- When you stay with HOSTIE Vacation Rentals, you are covered for any accidents that might happen up to $3000 with the added fee of $59 in your total. Coverage details are spelled out in your rental agreement. This is applied to all bookings.
- POTENTIAL FOR NOISE: Due to the convenient location of the home, there is potential for road noise.
- Please note there is a garage apartment behind the house. May be occupied with another guest at time of stay.
