We have a private non-smoking room available in a shared home. The private room is located on the second story of a quiet two-story duplex. It has a comfortable full size bed and it has a shared bathroom down the short hall. My cool musician mom-in-law lives in the house but works away from home on overnights thru the week so you may have the place to yourself on certain nights but keep in mind that this is a shared space. When she is home she keeps to herself and keeps a very clean and neat home. You will have access to the entire house while you stay here. There is a washer and dryer in the house and wireless internet and cable tv included. There is a full kitchen with all the amenities for you to use and a small zen garden sitting area in the backyard. I want you to feel right at home while you're here. It is located 2 miles from downtown and there is a bus stop very close to the house if you are without a car. I like to get a feel of what our guests like to do and make suggestions and recommendations for fun things to do inside and outside, restaurants, bars, museums etc.
