Interaction with Guests
You will contact me through my phone number and direct message through this site all the time you need me. Feel free to contact me, I will always be for you.
Near the Convention Center you will find two magnificent attractions that I recommend. One is the small South Beach Botanical Garden, which has an area of Divine Relaxation at its Japanese garden, cafe and art exhibition area.
The other is the Holocaust located right next to the Botanical Garden. You will live an unique experience moving through the labyrinthine corridors that will take you to the center piece which will remove magnanimous emotions.
South Beach has a local bus service, costing only 0.25 cents. These buses go from 24th Street to the zero point, so that cross all areas of the resort.
From the MIA airport you have two options to get to South Beach, one is to take a taxi which will cost around $ 40 with the advantage that will take you directly to the door of the house. And the other option is the bus number 150 which costs $ 5 and going from the airport to Washington ave and 15th street. In this case you would have to go through 7 blocks walking to get to your destination.
Other Things to Note
Enjoy! Have fun! Live Life In South Beach!! You will get in you, unimaginable and beautiful memories.
There are only a few rules that I want to share with you, pay close attention because even if few, are important:
1 - Be considerate of neighbors, don´t noises at inappropriate times.
2 - No smoking inside the apartment, you have an spacious balcony and a sofa on the balcony where you can sit and contemplate nature while smoking.
3 - Be careful not to throw paper in the toilet. Note that for this reason can cause tupición in the pipes.
4 - Please keep the place clean and organized.
They are simple and easy rules, so I just wish for you a full and complete enjoyment of space and all the beauty that South Beach has to offer.
The studio is sooo lovely we loved it!!! well equiped and very closed to miami beach and the main spots of South beach (about 20 min walk ). You'll find restaurants supermarkets and a laundry service few blocks from the apartment. Karen was friendly and answer quickly to my messages.
This is a nice neighborhood very close to the Lincoln Street Walking Mall. That studio itself was cool, just like the pictures, and very comfortable. It fit our needs exactly. Price was great as well. Parking got a little tricky at night because there were a lot of special events going on in the area, but this is really a prime location!
Great apartment, great location, Good times in SoBe!
Thank you very much, everything worked out perfectly!
This was a great little studio in an amazing part of town. The bed was very comfortable and I even had a friend from the area come visit one night and stay on the sofa bed, she said it was also very comfortable. I loved that the studio felt "lived in" but still cozy and clean. You aren't afraid to touch anything or move anything, it feels like home away from home. Kiren has provided many lotions and sun protection sprays, which we were very grateful for. Even though we were on vacation and mostly ate out, we appreciated the plates and wine glasses for the times we did stay in. I loved the art on the walls too. The only issue we had was not related to the studio but rather the parking--even though Kiren left us parking passes, it was very difficult to find a space at any time of the day. We dreaded moving the car every time because it was such a long process finding a space again each time, you have to circle a 4-block area about 10 times before something opens up, usually not super close. But that is not Kiren's fault, just something to keep in mind if you are coming with a car or renting like we did. Kiren was great and easy to communicate with, I lost the key our first night and she came over and replaced it immediately. Wonderful host and great place, made our vacation very enjoyable and affordable.
Kiren was a great host. She was very flexible and helpful. The house was cute and cozy
Kiren was a very responsive and helpful host. The place was cute and how the photos portrayed. Coming from the north, it was really humid/stuffy until we got the AC going, but there were two units which was really nice so we slept fine. Would stay again!
Hi, my name is Kiren, I was born in Havana, Cuba but now I live in Miami Beach. I need to be near the ocean to function properly, lol! I love reading and writting, also I love to paint. Between my favorite authors I count Herman Hesse, I also like Milan Kundera a lot and some contemporary poets as well. Philosophically speaking, I like Krishnamurti, Hermes Trismegisto, and why not?... Deepak Chopra, just to name a few. My all time favorite film is "The Sea That Thinks". I like chill out and relaxing music. I am a vegetarian and I love every bit of it. When I am feeling happy I usually sing, unfortunately it is not one of my talents, my friends make fun of me every time I force them to hear my singing, they usually joke about it saying that I sing pretty well, but it sounds bad to the ear...
I hope you feel home while visiting my humble place, I promise not to sing if you are around...
