Enjoy this upscale three room space with soaring ceilings and windows across from the marina. Escape to the back courtyard now open with sauna, in ground hot tub, and fire pit. You will have exclusive use of the courtyard area.

The space
This guest suite includes a bedroom with king bed, a bathroom with shower, and a large living area with king pull out couch, small dining table, and smart TV. It does not have a kitchen - it has a microwave, toaster, ice maker, small refrigerator with freezer, and full coffee bar.

Guest access
You will have your own private entrance and access to the entire apartment.

Other things to note
This space is ideally located within walking distance to restaurants and is less than a mile from the winery. It is directly across from the marina, and because of this, the railroad tracks are across the street as well. Trains run at unpredictable intervals- we find them soothing and nostalgic, and provide a noise canceling device and a fan, but please note this if you are a light sleeper.
