Welcome to Cabana Del Sol, our hidden beach house in the city. Close to all Hospitals, Amazon and everything fun. Bike or walk to festivals, galleries and restaurants. See why our guests love it here. Very Private/Very Secure. Guests have full access to the Relaxing Tropical Courtyard, fire pit, cabana with Grill & in ground Pool. Long or short term available. Smoking is allowed outside. U haul/trailers may require street parking. No Parties.

The space
Located just west of downtown on "The Avenue" in the warehouse area. Don't let the neighborhood facade deter you. Read our reviews. Drive thru a private entry door into your covered parking area. Walk through the tropical courtyard with an in ground pool area and you'll find our beach house in the city. An 800 sq ft open studio apartment with tropical décor. The space is furnished with a comfortable queen size bed as well as dining & living furniture. You'll find everything need from linens, towels and cooking utensils & supplies. Guests have wireless internet. Easy access to I-20 & I-49. We are Real Estate investors focusing mostly on commercial properties which we manage ourselves. I am also a licensed Realtor in LA & Wayne is a local musician in 2 popular bands. We have a 24 yr old son, Alex who is a great young man and a recent Graduate of LA Tech. Our Family, friends & previous Guests have all enjoyed the cool relaxing vibe this space offers. A super quiet place for hard workers that need a good rest anytime day or night &. We've hosted guests for years at a time. If you have questions please start a conversation with us instead of a booking request so that we may discuss your needs.

Guest access
Guests have a private apt & shared access to the Pool & Cabana del Sol. Most guests will have the place to themselves. Guests never have a problem with privacy here. We have lock box entry or will meet you at the property to give you keys and a garage remote.

More of a warehouse area with local businesses and many unique spaces like ours that have stories behind the doors. But just a few blocks from restaurants, coffee shops, museums and casinos.
