Large pool with lounging area, fish cleaning station and dock across from unit, make everything easy to have a relaxing stay.
Twin Rivers Marina right next door, Fort Island Trail boat dock right around the corner.
Fine and casual dining, golf, spa, restaurants and shopping a short drive away.

The space
This unit shares an interior wall and deck with adjoining unit but is completely private. An open layout with floor to ceiling water views. Kitchen, indoor/outdoor dining area with the half bath on lower floor. A spiral stair goes up to your king bed & en-suite with walk in shower. Deck with electric grill and outdoor dining lounging. Unobstructed view of dock, boats and pool.
Come relax and watch Florida wildlife from this tranquil old Florida gem.

Guest access
Park your vehicle ( one spot per unit included) and take the raised boardwalk near kayak stand down to unit. Trailer parking signage must be obeyed.
One boat slip is included with maximum length of 23ft including motor. Power outlet is on dock with fish and scallop cleaning station.
Please respect manatee guidelines posted and be aware of tide to access dock.
Fort Island boat ramp is right around the corner to launch your boat. Twin rivers marina is next door for boat rentals and fishing charters.

Other things to note
Come experience old Florida charm tucked away along a river, watching birds, alligators and even sometimes manatees. Watch the tide ebb and flow under the condos and boardwalks in the unique and charming condo.
Enjoy grilling on your deck and swimming or lounging around the pool.
