Located 15 minutes' walk from the Bois de Vincennes, metro line 1 and RER A, this charming townhouse is in a very quiet cul-de-sac close to all amenities. Its main assets are its large terrace on one level with the living rooms and a quiet garden without overlooking.

The space
Our house, which we had renovated in July 2023, is configured as follows:
On the ground floor, a living/dining room and a kitchen opening onto a large terrace with a pergola supporting a vine, as well as a first bathroom with toilet.
On the first floor, 2 large bedrooms (the first with a 160 cm bed – the second with 2 90 cm beds) and a second bathroom with toilet.
Attic with a large 140 cm bed and a game room/library ideal for young and old. The game room includes an extra 90 cm bed.

We do not have a private parking space, but there are spaces in the area. Parking requires a residential permit, which we cannot provide, but there is very little risk of getting a ticket. One option is to park in the Fontenay-sous-Bois RER parking lot, which is free but a 15-minute walk away.
