Other Things to Note
I aim to please and will do what I can to make your stay pleasant and fun.
Please be mindful of being quiet. I allow some pets, but smoking is not permitted.
The (Ikea?) foam mattress was very comfortable. The home is a bit old, but well kept and clean. It was a pleasant home and we enjoyed our stay!
FYI - The stairs a bit narrow and the refrigerator isn't quite full size. The washer/dryer are provided but are a smaller combo unit. Street parking only.
I found Haike to be extremely friendly and very helpful. The apartment was very clean and neat and had ample supplies for my visit. I definitely plan on staying there again. Location was within walking distance of downtown St. Petersburg and the waterfront.
The apt. was great; plenty of space, quiet and charming neighborhood, close to everything. The unit itself felt like a beach cottage and was comfortable with everything you could possibly need (including beach chairs, umbrella and towels - the washer dryer was a great asset too!) I would recommend to friends and family.
We stayed with Haike for 4 nights to attend a conference at the Vinoy in St. Petersburg. The apartment was perfect. In walking distance to everything we needed, quiet neighborhood, and plenty of space for us to spread out & work. We really appreciated the beach chairs and the beach umbrella, so that we could spend Thursday afternoon in the sun. (We were able to walk to the North Park beach, too!). We always love this conference & trip, and Haike's apartment just made it that much better!
It was great - easy and comfortable!

About the Host, Haike
I am born and raised in Germany, but have been living in Florida for 28 years. I am a licensed, active Florida Real Estate broker. Every summer I go to my small home town called Bleckmar. It is peaceful and quiet. A small creek winds by the house and there are meadows, fields and woods close by, as well as a beautiful mideaval town called Celle. You can be in Hamburg or Hannover in an hour or drive to Berlion or Amsterdam in 3 or 4 hrs. Look up mor (email hidden)
